Question #5323: Transforming Natal Houses that have Scorpio, Aquarius, & Pisces on the Cusp?

Can we use Mars energies/square to transform a natal house that has Scorpio on the cusp? I was asking because scorpio rules my natal 4th house and I also have issues with that house as well. Pluto is placed in that house and it is causing issues in my life.

Also can the Eihwaz rune be used to transform this area of my life? And how do I exactly use a rune in this manner? Do I just affirm that is has transformed that natal house in the best/most positive way for me? And I assume this method can be used for the other houses that have Pisces and Aquarius on the cusp as well? Jupiter is in gemini right now so I cant use a square to improve my pisces house and I don't want to mess with a Saturn square right now due to my level of advancement.
