Hello. I'll reply to other latest posts of mine later today.
But yesterday I picked up some little weight for hisue work, and then I couldn't help falling asleep. Slept and wokeup, and my BP was 110/67 or 70.
I noticed, my lower bp is usually at 70 and while upper one is around 100-110,while it should be 120/80 no? It's been going on since many months.
It's been years for me living a very sedentary lifestyle... How do I get my body and heart lungs and msucles used to do working again physically... Gradually... I m scared to do even light cardio I exercise....
Low BP is a sign of yang deficiency, generally. I wouldn't focus on the exact numbers, but instead on the fatigue or other symptoms.
As far as exercise, your body will grow as you put moderate stress on it. However, if you have low energy, this will quickly tire you. So, you will want to increase your overall energy, and always exercise at a moderate pace. In this way, you won't damage yourself.
Aside from the other ideas for permanent solutions that I have given you, I would like to share something that I "developed" recently and had good results with. Funny enough, I thought of you before now.
Any acupuncture works from your own body's energy, which is not that useful if you already have low energy. Yet, as SS, we are able to generate lots of additional energy from outside us. Although long-term solutions are necessary, sometimes we need an immediate health boost.
Knowing witchcraft, it takes a lot of energy to make a permanent change to your health, but it does not take a lot to make a short-term increase. However, even if not permanent, a short-term increase can still be maintained by the body's standard vitality (Sun/Mars energy). In other words, it is like taking a supplement.

What I have done is treat various conditions using elemental energy, but doing it on a short-term basis. For example, breathe in 10 breaths of fire energy, then affirm "This fire energy has NOW restored my body's yang energy, in a fully healthy manner for me!"x3
The key point is that you are doing it in a totally healthy manner, and doing it "now". In the above, I notice immediate changes, including feeling more alert and energetic, internal systems like digestion start moving, a decrease in yang-deficient symptoms, and so on.
In regards to yin deficiency, you can use earth to restore your yin structures, in a similar way. After doing that, I generally feel calmer and with fewer symptoms. For those who have heat (inflammation, irritated skin/tissue, yellow discharge) symptoms, water works very well for countering that.
Now, you may need a TCM viewpoint to understand some of this, but most people can understand it if they think in a broad, holistic view. I would highly recommend testing this out and doing it daily to improve your health because it has worked very well for me.
In your case, you should use both fire and earth to restore yang and yin, respectively. This will restore your strength and restore your sense of calmness.
