i recently started actually practicing breathing techniques. most commonly the Sun/Moon one. i notice my lung capacity is getting better, however i am curious about something
every now and then, without thinking about it, i suddenly take a very deep breath for seemingly no reason, like a really long, deep, filling every inch of my lungs breath. like at work, while reading etc.
i know the answer is probably simple, but im curious as to why that happens, since google is telling me all about all sorts of diagnosis that im certain i didnt suddenly catch.

This is an extremely positive reaction to your meditations. Your brain and body is reacting positive to the stimulus of meditation. You should perhaps proceed to increase your repetitions or prolong your meditation-schedule a bit, as it seems your subconscious asks you to do more breaths. Exactly what is your daily routine? How many breaths do you do and for how long? It should never be strained or rushed, for the sake of mentioning it.

As long as you don't feel like you are overworking yourself, that is fine. It is most likely your body getting accustomed to being able to breathe better, and better processing of oxygen can only be beneficial.

Truthfully, I've only consistently done anything for the past 12 days or so, so i dont have a fixed routine yet.
I do AoP, cleansing and void, as well as at least one God Ritual every day
the rest consists of working on my chakras and with that whichever breathing exercise goes with the one im working on.
Apart from that i like to do Sun/Moon before bed, its quite calming. im thinking of adding the breath of fire somewhere in the morning too, but im not sure if thats an overkill
but its as if my breathing has become more gentle, apart from the sudden full breaths
