The 3rd one gives sex ailments, and we know that sex are tied to prostate zone , lower dan tian or 2nd chakra, it is possible that due to corruption (sex is evil) they decided feet. We must understand what do a worm or corpse. A worm keep feeding on his host growing and weakening it then once big enough move out letting eggs. Corpses normally rot and putrefication bring illness, worms, damaging radiation (formation in hospital precise they are isolated particularly if the person is known to eat bananas, I was surprised when they said that banana are radioactive), bad air, etc….. When you have 12 it is for 12 constellation of the year, 108 (27 nakshatras * 4 padas). Although I do not have training for the 6 other worms and have no info of their emplacement (teacher didn’t talk about them) , the 3 corpses concept looks like purification technic of chakras. In this case the emphasis is the purification of 3 dan tian (central line).
The specific day may be tied to the idea to be radical and decisive : yang metal is a sword (cut worms or by point push them away), monkey is beginning season metal (strength metal rising) and stage of life mean adult finishing his studies and beginning officer career which gives root to yang metal. Apart that internet articles says that they go out to report our misdeeds to heaven so you want to block them from coming back.

PRONONCIATION GUIDE
There is 9 tones. But on internet they say they are only 6 . Reason is that youth make no difference for some tone. It is only vowel that change in tones.
From my notes it is hight pitch, normal, low pitch
High one (yin) have even rising departing => 1 is even high tone, 2 is rising (as if from 1) 3 is departing (not sure I guess high go lower)
Normal tone is 4 and 5 , 4 is entering = 1 ; 5 = 3

FIND GONG SUN DAY
You will be searching the yang metal day that fall in monkey day.
If you got excell put your found date then add 60 days for X lines. Or the first fall this year 20/2/2025 Just add 2 month minus one day. I haven’t verify the reason but there is a special case , either it is due February month or to be precise because last year February was 29 days The next gong sun is 21/4/2025 instead 19/4 but after it follows the rule 20/6/2025, 19/8/2025, 18/10/2025, etc…
GENERAL TRAINING
2nd preliminary, Wednesday (from 11 pm to day break, you can see dailight)
You start there even if it is the 2rd. No falling asleep …
Ok if sit if too tired and closed your eyes but it is dangerous to fall asleep. No talking, no yawning. If begin put hands on mouth; do deep breathing, no need do all the way meditation, can use variation, standing meditation

Stay calm whatever happen

Best clean showeer/bath, no excess food, use little incens to help, stay awake, do not just read, 4th gong more difficult.

VISUALISATION
Visualisation = red air, chi (fire is red), it grows, rise inside you until it reach your head inside
Every night red chi start from heart go up through throat to upper dan dien, fire get there. Against 3 corpse but longer.
Imagine red air to develop from the heart so that it grows, swells and rises up through the throat til it reaches mud pill region (6th central chakra) and stays there for some time. One of dan tien higher than point between eyes can be done anytime but particularly gong sun day
with my last article (book comment) : The book had a variant of emplacement of middle tan tian, solar plexus which is 3rd chakra which element is fire. I guess BOTH must be try to check if there is any difference.
But as alternative why not fill aura from outside, red fire, condense red it in middle dan tien to place it after. Reason that it start from inside is probably due to taosit emphasis on inside (microcosmic orbit, prenatal training forces since prenatal is pure, tao is inside....)

As dull it is in chinese same sound may corresponds to more than one character.

Seal is often a reference to mudra since it fixes something as energy pathways. I only found one spear mudra, funny that it is 3 fingers extended and we have 3 worms. Bosom is breast.

Some tea, water an drink (natural). No stimulants. When sun up no more night, you did it. No food while and reduce it the day before. Avoid garlic, best if bath and clean clothes for it, make arrangement so not disturbed.

After cleaning out the garbage, we will do programming of auric field and chakra so no other worms can never enter again. Our chakras by default are always opened it may imply adding 1 or 2 guardians in front like for temples main door.

- Knock 7 times teeth
- Strike the forehead (head) gently with the fist (palm to face, right one) invoking the upper corpse : pang6 geui3

- Strike the heart gently with fist invoking the middle corps (chest) pang6 jut9 (like jeut)

- Right hand do trident mudra (little finger touch thumb, rest fingers extended and separated). Since mudra is a seal, left hand hold it (grab hand)
