Every month before periods start ,and during my periods I get lots of intrusive thoughts ,anxiety .Please tell me the ways to cure it .I go through hell these 7 days .

I believe this is instability of the mind caused by a temporary yin-deficiency, itself induced from the blood loss of the period. The state of the body influences the state of the mind, and if your body is not able to replace this lost yin well enough, than symptoms like this can manifest.

You can use acupoints like Spleen 6, which is a broad point to restore lost yin. Make sure you are doing your yoga and other means to boost your vitality. If the problem is bad enough, program the Sun Square for vitality, or use the Uruz rune in the form of a health working. You can program it for general vitality, or program it to "increase my health against X symptoms" and so on.

Other quick solutions involve lunar or alternate nostril breathing, or breathing in lunar energy and programming it to calm you. All of these are means to quickly restore lost yin to the body, which is needed to ground and calm the mind.
