Putting an end to old emotions and painful memories

Dear satanic family,
I feel the imperative need for this year 2023 to bring up old and buried emotions, traumatic memories of this life (and there are many) and those of before which prevent me from moving forward.

After having done a lot of spiritual work on cleansing, soul liberation and emotional healing over the last two years, I'm not sure what to choose anymore.

I wanted to do a deep cleansing of each chakra over 40 days with Surya, starting with the base chakra (which already had a 40 day circuit in early 2022) to the crown chakra. So a total of 280 days for the 7 main chakras.
Maybe I should associate a rune in addition to Surya?
I have the intuition that this circuit of deep cleaning of each chakra will help me to bring up old emotions and old memories that I must imperatively evacuate to move forward and progress.

Concerning the treatment of these emotions and memories, should I privilege a soul liberation with Munka or Ur or Ansuz or Satanama?
Or rather an emotional healing work with runes like Wunjo? Or something else?
I don't know anymore.

Hatha Yoga will help me to evacuate. But I want to engrave on my soul with a specific work.

I have already tested in the past: Ansuz 40 days / Munka 40 days in 2021 and 40 days in 2022 / Satanama 90 days / Surya 90 days / Vishuddi 40 days / HP Cobra Chakra sealing 40 days / Vin 40 days / Eihwaz + sowilo 40 days / Ur + Vin + Sowilo 40 days / Ur + Aòss + Kenaz 40 days

I also tested Raum but I feel Surya more strongly, same for Visshudi which I feel much less strongly.
In my case, Munka and Surya are the two strongest power words.

The 80 day Munka or Satanama freeing the soul working might just be the best to apply here since you've had a better experience with Munka for this instead of the runes.

This makes sense, as energetically Sanskrit is stronger then the runes in some circumstances and for certain workings.

Also, when combining words of power, always keep them of the same type. For example. When using runes only use runes. When using sanskrit based mantras, only use sanskrit mantras, etc. This helps with the energy.

Definitely still focus on the aura and chakra cleaning, bur focusing on a freeing the soul working as well would make more progress and you could just use not as many mantras for the chakra cleaning.

It would be a good idea to focus on the chakra and soul cleaning like you describe, just I'd advise to be careful with how much you do there. Personally I'd say 280 days in total for all the chakras is complete overkill and a bit too much. But that's just my thoughts.

I was like guided to a rune site that Blitz pointed out a few months ago and my program became obvious.

I guess I feel much more like my GD was guiding me.
So, indeed, I will deeply cleanse each chakra separately over 40 days with Surya (40 days base chakra then 40 days sacral chakra, and so on).

Then I want to clear the memories and emotions stored in each chakra with a combination of 3 runes.

I indicate it if it can help other people
1-Lagur : will allow the unconscious - conscious communication. Goal: to bring up what should NO LONGER weigh me down.

2- Berkano : feminine energy of healing, evacuation, liberation. Phenomenon of detoxification with Laguz

3- Inguz. The masculine energy, the seed, the conscious fertilizes the unconscious with good healthy seeds.

Finally, I clean mercilessly with Satanama (I like this mantra so much) and MUNKA x40

In fact, as soon as I wrote this message, I addressed Father Satan and Lord Valefor, and 1 hour later, I was devouring this rune site. The next day, I had my program.

I just have to work on my affirmations, which will have "3 times" (bring up, DEFINITELY release, plant good emotions).

Yes, I really feel like I have to clean and clean. Cleanse again and again. As I read here, Saturn in the 8th house is an indication of very big karmic problems. So I have to do it, free the soul again and again. Let this present life be the one that is decisive. I feel it very strongly in me.
I have experienced too many painful things. I have to break this cycle.
