Regarding rent and landlords, it seems all people involved in this debate take things too lightly. You see mainly two factions:

:arrow: One treats ALL landlords as good, fair and just souls, doing everything correct and charging what is due.
:arrow: The other one treats ALL landlords as bad and should be burnt in the lake of fire.

The first faction should take off their rose-tinted glasses and stop idolising landlords as heroes and defending them at all costs.

The second faction is also wrong but less so, because MOST landlords don't do what Dahaarkan says he does. Most landlords don't keep their properties in good state of repair, they charge extortionate rent and change rent prices based on the city in the same country. The main thing the second faction should take into account is that there are GOOD landlords that actually do their best to act ethically without incurring in financial loss.

The main issue with the real estate market, as I stated before, is that it has been allowed to grow in a cancerous manner. This cancerous growth put it very out of line with wages. If before the cancerous growth, you could easily rent with just any minimum wage and still have savings in your pocket, now the majority of the working class (which is the majority class in every country) cannot make it to the end of the month and the main culprit is rent prices. That's the only thing whose inflation has had a terrible rate for the cost of living. Probably, utilities will catch up soon.

This has happened because of selfish, unethical owners who put their own selfish interest above that of others, acting like kikes during the boom of the real estate industry.

I'll give an example of the situation here in England.

:arrow: the minimum wage now (if you are 23 or older, because 16-22 are somehow considered as having less expenses, even if it's false) is £8.91/hour, about to be raised to 9.50/hour. That's for normal employees. Most apprentices have £4.30/hour as minimum wage (ironically, this is especially true for apprenticeships in healthcare like nursing, which should be the most retributed instead)

:arrow: rent in my city (for only ONE bedroom) starts at £99/week if you are in a shared flat, one-bedroom flats start at £800/month if you

:arrow: income tax is 20% if you earn less than 50k/year (the majority earns that), then it raises to 40% if you earn between 50.001 and 100.000, then goes to 45% if you earn over that.
:arrow: national insurance is around 20% for the same amount, it changes based on tax band.

:arrow: let's also not forget that most people pay pension contributions out of their own pocket, and it's not part of tax. The amount is variable but some employers require you to pay a specific % to a specific pension institution of their choice. You can even end up with a pension fragmented between different institutions, if you change employers. I personally don't pay those because the enemy just steals them anyway. They act like insurance companies and do their utmost not to pay what's due. They even give bonuses to their employees if they manage to kike out of paying. We also know how the enemy is at war with the elderly to kill them so they can keep their pensions without resorting to more underhanded tactics. Also, with the incoming collapse there is no point in paying pension contributions as far as I'm concerned, as that money will not exist and will just be wasted when the real collapse of the enemy come. Better keep it to yourself, saving it and/or investing it in the short and medium term before the final collapse. Not financial advice.

:arrow: food is expensive and very poor quality compared to countries like Italy, Greece, Eastern European countries, and most Southern European countries in general. Quality is really abysmal and sets you off around £80+ a week (per person), as far as I am concerned. More if you follow macrobiotic diets and if you need supplements of any kind.

:arrow: then most people also waste money on things like Netflix subs, alcohol, tobacco, car loans, fast food, unnecessary Ubers, etc

If you get your calculations right (even without the fake "luxuries" in the last category), the average person is simply unable to take a loan for themselves because they already have to go into bank overdraft and take debts to even get to the end of the month. Only middle class people can think that what is charged for rents is fair, especially with the state of repair many of this places come with broken appliances, excessive moulds and things that landlords should fix prior to being allowed to rent. An health inspector, unless paid off, would never declare many places to be rent-able.

If you go toward the city centre, the prices skyrocket starting at almost double for even less space. Gentrification is also done improperly. Instead of first empowering people financially to raise out of poverty, and then creating more "modern" housing; they do the opposite, driving people farther and farther away first.

Many migrants are also in ambiguous situations, unfortunately, such as every EEA citizens that moved in before Brexit. If they didn't find a job and worked at it for at least 3 months then lost, they are not even entitled to benefits and job-hunting support. They are also not entitled to social housing should they go bankrupt/homeless for whatever reason, such as inefficient welfare services. Rapefugees have more rights than fellow Whites.

The situation is more complex. Many in less capitalistic countries like Portugal and the like (certainly not Britain and the USA) most landlords are not wealthy capitalists and kikes, but here the majority of landlords is very wealthy people, not people like Dahaarkan. Often it's people who owns a lot of properties and entire condos and buildings even.

There are places also like student accommodations that take unfair advantage of students, demanding they pay 42 to 51 weeks of rent in 2 to 4 monthly instalments, rather than appropriate monthly instalments as if students are rich or as if they should use their whole student loan immediately. Many of these also don't have neither half-board nor full board, yet they charge more than private rentals, such as starting £110/week and higher (one small bedroom only) in buildings made up of flats that look like literal prisons and have weird arrangements, such as separate faucets for hot and cold water, and other health hazards. Also, not in very good state of repair either.

Generally, rents are slightly lower in the North East and in the Northernmost parts of North West, some even starting at £80/week (per bedroom), while they are much higher in London and the South, with ridiculous prices even starting over £200/week for a single bedroom. Wages are higher? Nope, unless you work in executive positions of finance or are a welfare scam like royalty and aristocrats.

In the U.S I believe there is a loophole in which if your landlord doesn't pay his mortgage, you do not have to pay him rent and he can't kick you out. Since most landlords use rent to pay for their mortgage this can be actually quite damning.

I've also heard from Italian friends that you cannot evict a family with children if they stop paying rent in Italy.


Generally when it comes to renting my places out I meet with the person first and get a feel for their energy. I never give it to someone I have a bad feeling about. Also, upfront payments are a scam. Anything beyond 1 month rent is absolutely unacceptable.

When its someone I feel might pull out when I get the place ready I ask for a week's rent upfront so I don't get screwed but that's it.

I had a situation before where a dude wanted to rent my place and then didn't show up. And I had declined someone else because he had come first. So now I ask for a week's rent upfront so I don't get screwed as much.

Some landlords take this to extremes in places where there isn't much choice, and maliciously squeeze people for every penny. This is abhorrent. Exactly the kind of people I drain dry.

In the U.S I believe there is a loophole in which if your landlord doesn't pay his mortgage, you do not have to pay him rent and he can't kick you out.

A friend of mine sued his landlord and drained his bank account. He then stopped paying rent. The landlord didn't have enough money to pay for property taxes. The friend then won the tax lien auction and got the property.

Since most landlords use rent to pay for their mortgage this can be actually quite damning.

I advise people to seek a rent-to-own deal.

I'm actually not fat. I'm a little bit overweight right now at around ~200 pounds with a lot of muscle underneath the flab that is left. Some areas of my skin are tighter and firmer than others. I exercise almost every single day, and my diet isn't ideal due to my financial situation, but it's very low in sugar.

No, I can't afford to acquire large amounts of cryptocurrency, and even if I could then I would rather invest primarily in property, guns, gold, and food reserves. It's stupid to buy the dip unless you can sink money in the tens of thousands (ideally hundreds of thousands) to get a good return. You're not going to get anything worthwhile from "buying the dip" if you only invest a few hundred or a few thousand. The only advantage to crypto is still having the ability to buy and trade when the national currency crashes. If I already have everything I need then I don't need to trade. Also, have the employer pay only the corporation. Then never take out any money from the corporation, ever (the corporation will have its own bank account).
When you want to spend money for personal affairs, find ways to pay through the corporation so that it's tax deductible. You can use the same corporation to buy properties.
If you really really need to spend money on something and you can't find a way to justify it through the corporation, take a personal debt and put shares as collateral. Never repay the debt. Instead, you'll service the interest on the debt for life by issuing options on your shares to your lender. Since the value of the corporation will appreciate with time, your shares will also appreciate and your collateral will grow more valuable. You can also have a LLC own a corporation. Have a trust own a LLC and/or a corporation. Have a corporation own a corporation. The structuring will depend on your specific case and you have to figure it out on your own. You have to really think it through because once started it's very hard to change (unless you want to pay a boatload of fees and taxes).

The HP has remained absent from this argument, unlike other times, and has often stated he can’t keep an eye on everything when these things happen. From how Guardian Blitzkreig has chosen to interact in the forums since the announcement of JoS Guardians, it’s clear there is a noticeable shift in who now handles the smaller personal interactions among SS. His comments have grounded in remaining as un-bias as possible while making no one feel personally attacked or singled out.

Harmony in the forums and bringing understanding where possible in heated arguments, seems to be two key factors for his involvement. He might become a target, but he now has authority, and naturally that’ll diffuse most of anyone’s thinking to go after him. People might talk back at him but they’d be fools to make any direct attack or engage in petty passive aggression towards him.

I personally play a little game here that I watch how people treat others. Especially new members. And guys that try to act high and mighty, being arrogant and crude, or even insulting towards others when it's unjustified, I wait for the opportunity to do the same to them.
