After some thought, I realised that it is necessary to carry out release and cleaning work as a fundamental part of raising the snake.
Raising the snake is one of our goals and is the basis for more advanced work.
I would encourage those who have not yet started this type of work to start as soon as possible. It is a relatively long process, but it is necessary.

Below is an example of a liberation work to be done on the chakras or the soul in general (possible translation errors, also the numbers are variable according to experience).

"Gold" is more like empowerment than cleaning imo.

And yeah, freeing the soul is the most important thing to move forward. I prefer Munka as a word of power for this.

I have been using that as a cleansing one it seems pretty good in that it tends to pull out bad energy really well however I always use other cleansing words after a bit to fully get rid of everything it isn't good at fully cleansing everything.

I remember a long time ago someone posted that if they visualized gold energy in their chakras its a way of deep cleaning as in the bad energies that are there start to come out. That post suggested it be done for 10 to 15 minutes each day till they got rid of it but that other cleansing methods would have to be used. This goes along with my experience appears to be true.

I probably should have mentioned that other cleansing methods have to be used. I didn't remember how to spell the word so I just wrote out how it was vibrated btw.

If you talk about "Aurum", it's more likely would be vibrated like that: "AAA-UUU-RRR-UUU-MMM"

A doubt has come to my mind: is the above cycle more effective or a 360-day work on soul and chakra together?
The statement would become:

I don't want to waste my time on something ineffective, so I look for the best solution.

Surya is a cleaning mantra, you can use it for cleaning. Mantras for a more appropriate freeing working are Munka, Ansuz, Uruz, thurisaz.
