Which is crazy ‘cause I been doing the vibrations only 1 time, and the affirmations only 1 time as well. Does this mean all those rituals didn’t count?

I was told that intent is more important than affirmation. Affirmation is just a way to channel intent - (what I was told). Each time I did the vibrations, I intended the letters to be out of existence. And each time I said the affirmations, I intended exactly what the affirmation said/meant. So even though I vibrated once and affirmed once; did the ritual still count because of the intent I executed with?

You have been generating much less countereffect than with a full ritual, but it is valid nonetheless.

The letters don't have to be vibrated, but just said with intent. So if you will be just stating letters that way, with 9 repetitions you will finish ritual (only frtr part) in 10-15 minutes. About affirmations, it's good you intended them, this counts, but 3 is not many, so just do it.

Was wondering if doing Frtr from morning to night one after the other can be harmful to a soul who is jit ready? The rtrs don't vent my anger it makes it worse. I nearly went on a physical rampage afterwards on the enemy. I was prepared to go to jail for what i was about to do. Everything the abusers did to me(Very serious enemies of Satan) came to the surface aswell as very very scary realities that madr me desperate to act. I felt i lost the spiritual war against them therefore my purpose of living and felt like the only way out to save my soul without going through the agony while in meditation i had to do it.(still do) ongoing battle.I found myself in a place where i had to do a physical deed that would put me in jail for life.
I nearly did it. I had do drive 400 km to do this but i came half way.I stopped at the garage and had a serious war within. I ended up not knowing what to do. I couldn't go back to my old life and not carry through and i just couldn't keep my mind and emotions to what i wanted to do and end the pain once and for all but paying the ultimate price going forward.

I turned around and went back crying inside.Did affirmations the whole way but it was revealed to me that the Gods are coming back but i have to keep on fighting this horrendous evil excruciating pain within. It's my destiny

But i cannot handle this.Its the most difficult thing to do. The amount of rtrs i do seems to be accelerating this process and I don't feel prepared or ready for it and it's a one way street. The only way out it to beat this.

Not sure how i should go further. Sometimes i feel scared to do another rtr. And my dreams in sleep is all out warfare that effect me too.
