In life it's unavoidable, either due to one's self or others, for one to avoid all negative times. There will be difficult, negative, highly trying, or even hopeless times. These could have to do with one's internal or external world.

It's not uncommon that many times our life can be just fine and there can be inner turmoil, or that during times where things are very bad, we have a calm confidence about affairs. Life overall is not exactly a game and there is a share of difficulties that have to be overcome so that we both learn and evolve. It will happen.

A major mistake I have seen people do is that when the difficult times are in, people might start "questioning" or "weakening" their own "faith". This weakening arises because one is weakening overall, and instead of actually striking back at this with fortifying one's faith, one allows situations to make too much negative impact on someone.

The situation is that this is where your faith should be increasing, even if this looks antithetical, because during difficult times it's when you are actually fighting to grow. To understand how to grow the faith, we have to actually understand what "Faith" means as a generic word and what True Faith means in the context of Spiritual Satanism.

Unlike the enemy's nonsense of "faith", our faith relies heavily on practically engaging the Gods, doing actual liturgical work, meditating, and self improving; in other words, becoming your own God while simultaneously you are connecting to the Gods yourself.

That's the point of "faith", not just sitting there like a servile spiritually uneducated fool and doing nothing but wait for a slave master to stop the torture that is solely the consequence of the very same stupidity one is practicing.

Faith is the opposite of the above in Spiritual Satanism and is built through action, interaction, knowledge, understanding, conscious effort. Then, it blooms.

You will not have faith if you don't indulge yourself in anything related to this path, and even if you do have faith while you aren't practicing, that type of faith will not be as strong in it's form and likely will easily be broken apart when you encounter certain events that force you around a little bit.

The fortified faith however that is built on what is described above, will not only not be shaken by obstacles and difficulties, but will indeed find fertile ground to grow itself even in the most disastrous of times.

Going beyond regular doubt and so on [that will be alleviated after one seeks knowledge, clues and signs], when one is past that, one has gained knowledge of the existence of the Gods, and one must therefore fortify the relationship and faith in them, to become stronger in them.

Lastly, a gift the Gods give to mankind when humans go really close to them and try to improve, is that when you will understand life you will start understanding this knowledge at your disposal and how precious it is, you will know you have been given something like an ultra-medicine for many or most of life's difficulties.

Some people might also be fortunate enough to not have to encounter certain difficulties others might. Finding one's self in a situation where you are tried from nowhere, you must seek out to create some challenges that are of a positive manner. You don't need a back problem to go to the gym, you should go if you can anyway.

If you live your existence without anything that challenges you, you must seriously consider if you are actually evolving. Challenges don't have to be unpleasant, but they can be difficult.

Difficult times should be looked upon as trying times where you are simply trying to understand what to do better and how to evolve in order to proceed on a higher state of existence. This mentality can take a while to impart into one's self, and suffering can certainly try to take your attention away from this fact, but it's important for me to remind you of this fact so you don't lose track of the fact that YOU ARE INDEED GROWING.

A large amount of pain ceases itself out of existence when we understand that through our knowledge and our philosophy all situations can be managed successfully and that as long as we conquer our minds, the world will follow. It's there, waiting to be applied, to cure.

The eventuality of mastering these circumstances will be your elevation into a higher being in the end. That's the message of keeping the Faith.

Well said High Priest, this basically means keep growing, healing, and defending myself while the world seems to look red and white to me at some times right? This way I don't fall into having to be punched awake from being clouded by my place's influences every time. That will just make me a petty loser.

I was having a hard time recently(mostly inner turmoil, but also has to do with life outside). I did a ritual to Astarte and asked for her help. Something happened out of the blue that was the most soothing and beautiful and rejuvenating experience that I've ever had. I didn't realize it until I woke up just now, but it hit me that her fingerprints do seem to be all over this, not to mention the timing. So many little details. And then I find this post.

I'm so grateful to her and the person who gave me this lovely experience, it really was a blessing. I'll hold them close to my heart for as long as I can. And I hope to truly learn the messages from it.

Hail Astarte! The queen of the stars.

And I just realized another thing about it that hit me like a truck and confirms that this experience was of the Gods, of Astarte.

We were looking at the stars and I could only see some, because it was cloudy and other reasons, but there was a patch of sky where the stars were visible. My friend pointed out Orion.

I would like to bring back a quote that fits this:

You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
-Marcus Aurelius

Other than that, thank you for this post HP, I hope it helps everyone, particularly our Brothers and Sisters in JoS who are going through difficulties.

I would suggest everybody the channel "gravemind" on youtube.

I second what Shadow Cat said, thank you HP, I just had a miserable night and this is something I really needed to read.

Thank you HP.

It seems all who were cut from the cloth of the Gods were fated to struggle, in the world as it was. There were many conversations, back in the earlier times, about the "sparks of Satan"; those souls that represent our best and brightest, and the most loathed and cursed of the enemy. The astral reality, as it was before we as a movement, undertook our great task, was a hostile affair to us of this Satanic nature. We have been changing this. One day, we will reaped the harvest we have sewed.

My life, compared to many, may not have been a happy one, from the perspective of any who looked outside in. These past few years in particular, have been a tragedy almost so excessive one could almost look at it as a comedy instead. Frankly, I'm starting to be surprised I'm still alive. For lack of a better word, it's been a Tartarean gauntlet.

It bears worth repeating, to all who have suffered, that you should not feel guilt for your lows. Suffering leads to rage, despair, moments of sorrow. I've had moments where I would have looked shabby indeed. Sometimes, the things you wish upon others for your own woes can make you question your own morality. But that there is the key thing. It takes a good person to self-question anything. Rage in the context of a moment does not overshadow a lifetime of empathy, and developing souls, regardless of their trials, are inherently compassionate ones.

Though I've had no shortage of moments that look almost embarrassing in retrospect, where I've been weak and needy, the one thing I can say for myself is that I never lost faith and I never ceased the great work. May I and all one day see the fruits of their labours.

Yes Hp Cobra. You are right as always. I have had a rough time in the past few years and it's ongoing right now. Last year I started getting weaker day by day. I allowed the situation to ruin my internal self. Started a year ago I had many doubts that arose from my own stupidity. I started to think the Gods no longer care about me. I started to have thoughts in my mind that they no longer want to help me because it's too late for me. Because I have become too weak to even have any purpose in life. That this might be the last lifetime for my soul. Luckily just two weeks ago I started to have some strength to face life again. I started meditation again. Oh boy I suck at it now, it's been years. It's hard. But the Gods will come to our aid as long as we try to do it ourselves right? As long as we ask for their help while we are doing it right? I'm back on my feet. Oh man, it's a dark path ahead. I don't know where to go from here. It's like I have no goal anymore. I don't know what to aim for anymore. I have strength to fight to get a better career but I don't know what career I should chase now. But I'll figure it out somehow, with the help of Lord Orobas, and The Gods of hell. Horaaah!

This has come at the right time. I currently am working a job that is completely not a fit for me whatsoever, simply because nothing else in this area pays around the same for work that is as monotonous as this.

Job expectations are not too high, but the mental effect on my mind is definitely real. It's not for everyone. It bothers me and it keeps me up at night, as I can't stay here long term.

I am so frustrated. As I don't make enough to donate yet or cover important things in my life. I'm basically stuck and looking for a way forward and up out of this.

I am trying to study with little free time. I know in time this will be alright and I'll be out of this. But it's definitely weighing heavy on my mind.

We must fortify ourselves and our faith when things are hard. As it's through discomfort we evolve.

I extremely agree with you HP. as always.

A few months ago I had to face an important challenge, I told you about it privately.

At the beginning I was extremely scared, then I took courage, I faced this challenge, I overcame it and I was rewarded with a success that I honestly didn't even expect.

I saw how facing this challenge broke many of the limits that made me a prisoner and that I didn't even realize before.

also very recently I had a fairly serious problem....

I was able to deal with it immediately, if I hadn't gained experience and grown up previously, I wouldn't have known how to solve it.

one last thing I know that in life there are various degrees of problems from trivial things to serious ones up to absolute tragedies.

I think it is very important to understand the difference in severity of various problems.

I'm certainly not saying that we need to ignore problems or accept every slap that life gives us, but it is often by analyzing situations that we can find evidence of the help of others and of our meditations.

Analyze every unpleasant situation in your life, and you will often see how this situation could have been worse and didn't because of small "details".

I am 99 percent certain that this type of maturity is also highly appreciated by the Gods. Personally, I have stopped throwing tantrums as little as possible (I still have a lot to learn) and I believe that the Gods have appreciated this and are rewarding it.

Wonderful sermon, HP HoodedCobra. Struggling is where we grow and evolve, we have magick and meditation to make it easier and clearer but we still have to rise to the challenge.

Sir, what do you think about morality?
It's obvious what the Jew Kant and the Marxists have done to this world.
Who shapes what we call ethics?

Had a lesson about in Immanuel Kant in my English remedial class in my days in college, but I didn't think highly of Kant himself back then. I was only concerned on to how to get good at the MLA format.

Kant being a Jew surprised me. I didn't think much of it back then, but now, I feel like his philosophy, the Categorical Imperatives, has a pretty damning logic, hypothetically speaking: If someone has blood, then they're a savage regardless of if the person choosing to defend themselves against their enemies. Are there any other holes in Kant's philosophy here?

Ugh, I think I'm seeing a pattern with these Jewish philosophers: Their philosophies sound good on paper and a lot of unfortunately gullible gentiles go along with it, when in reality, the philosophies are more detrimental to society than they're supposedly meant to benefit.

Too much adversity corrupt your heart and your beliefs is good a litle but to much can break u. Keep My courage the best i can but is fucking hard sometimes.

Going through one just now HPHC my bro wish me luck mate.

If you reject the principle of non-contradiction and allow contradictions, you can deduce all propositions using the standard rules of symbolic logic. I think this is what Kant was trying to do.

I don't think Kant was jewish and he didn't reject the principle of non-contradiction. The problem with Kant is mainly about his moral system that pretends to use universally the same moral principles for everyone.
But no one can expect to be treated the same as others because we are different and some deserve more than others.

Then kant says in his spiritual ignorance that since man is finite, it is necessary to imagine an afterlife in which the moral man is happy and a God who guarantees happiness to the moral man because in life morality and happiness do not agree. This is because Kant's morality becomes according to the principles on which he bases it a xian morality of unconditional love and denial of self and thus of one's own happiness. Thus Kant creates a rational xianism. What is funny is that he also knows that his God and his Afterlife are not provable. However, they are necessary to ensure that man is moral.

This instead is a sermon of HPHC about Morality:

I apologise for bad English but I want to tell this to all of you. Gods have helped me many times.
I had suicidal tendencies but I promised Lord Satan that I'll never commit suicide. He has helped me at very hopeless situations of my life. Two times Gods have helped me to find jobs for my self. They have helped me to become independent and grow.
At the time of heartbreak I prayed to Goddess Ishtar and She helped me to see the truth. It helped me to overcome my grief and move on. I am a boy and I prefer boys and I think it shows that Gods do not have any problems with same sex relationship as long as it is natural.
I have been jobless for some time and I don't have money to pay my rent and I haven't even eating properly. I ate only junk food only two times a day only to satisfy my hunger. I didn't have money. But I have been praying to Gods from yesterday and today I found a job. I hope my situation will change. I am in a different city and I don't have a place to stay at night so I will be residing at bus station tonight. Tomorrow I'll go to work and I really wish that everything goes well for me.

I am not good at visualising but I tried my best to visualise Sigils of Lord Satan and Lord Volac and prayed to them to help me find a job. I also prayed to Lord Azazel, Lady Ishtar and Lady Lilith and I think they all helped me.
It is their blessing that I have found something to do and I hope that I'll be able to pay my rent and I'll have money for food.
I also have to find a new place to live here because the place I used to live is around 4.00 hours away from here.

I have promised Lord Satan and Lord Volac that I'll visualise their sigils and chant/vibrate their names if I get a job. And I also have to fulfill my other promises.

My siblings in Lord Satan, never lose hope and always pray to Gods. They really help.

When I learn English well then I'll write testimonies of help I received from Gods.
We are blessed to have such Gods.

HAIL SATAN

I forgot to tell that I also prayed to God Asmodeus. Thank you Lord Asmodeus.
I remember when I tried to contact him in wrong way and that night I got a very weird dream. It was very vivid and I remember it fully.

Going by the logic in your post about, I can't help but think your description of him veers into doublethink. What was Kant's real end goal with this sort of logic?
