I'm going to share a meditation I've done for awhile with the Astral body. I'm posting this here in case someone finds this useful.

The objective of this is NOT to fully astral project. A light trance should be enough. The objective of this is to be conscious in your astral body sensing things, while physically mostly still conscious.

This should not be simply remote viewing either. You should really try to use your senses and really work with your astral body.


Get in a relaxed position and focus on feeling your astral body. What also helps me is vibrating AUM into my aura and astral body a few times.

When you are relaxed enough, focus on willing your astral body to a location and focus on your astral senses while meditating.

It's easiest at first to pick a location you are familiar with and remember. It gets harder then it's something new, or on the astral entirely.

This meditation requires some sensitivity. It's normal not to feel much at all at times.

When you have your astral body at a comfortable location, focus on how you feel.

What do you see, feel, hear? What does the surrounding area feel like when running your astral hand on the ground, walls, etc.

Is the air hot, warm or cold?

Train your focus to really "see" and "hear", and "feel" what your experiencing with your astral body.

This is not easy and will be more difficult for some people then others. It's also easier some times then others.

I hope at least someone has a good experience with this. It can be tricky, I've had at times both strong and weaker experiences while trying out this exercise.

I was trying something similar, but this one seems deeper.
Today I will definitely experience it.
