This has been going on for quite a while but in short; I can evoke the feeling of a movement of my body with intention. im not sure if its the etheric/astral/mental or another layer but that doesnt really matter. I can set an intention for my body to be swinging from side to side and I can feel it, even with my eyes fully open and out of trance. It doesnt feel like my physical body but instead a sort of "echo".
I noticed that I party do have a subconscious block on it though because it basically also simulates the law of gravity ex. I cant just stop immediately when already in motion - it slowly stops etc. (no need to lecture me on this tbh, im aware my body has to get used to not being subconsciously chained by that kind of stuff)
This is very unusual for me personally because I have not much experience with control over parts of my energy body/when i tried to do energy work for example i could very rarely "feel" my energy.
If i intentionally overdo it (try to spin very fast) my brain gets extremely disoriented and makes me want to throw up (obviously a natural neurological reaction due to the 5 senses mismatch between feeling like your position is changing but your actual position being static)
I have been able to party control the hypnagogia pattern color when i was a child but its more difficult now, i can only control the shapes and their direction with a lot of resistance atm but i will be trying to also change their color with intent like i used to be able to.
I'm not new to JoS at all, but ive only recently started trying to do the meditation programs and other qigong related training methods i have known and been procrastinating about for way too long about actually practicing (spiritual awakening type stuff/was at the lowest part of my life for a while)
Just wanted to get some opinions on this and see if any of you have experience with this phenomena.
Also, what about its application to deepen or enhance trance techniques? I have also evoked the feeling of waves in myself, it felt very relaxing so im sure this could be very useful in that.
I'd be very happy if any of this gave you an inspiration to enhance your own techniques but I'm 90% sure this is a very common thing to feel for many of you so I hope I'm not making too big of a deal about it by asking this question and making this thread.
All the best,
