I as many people like to watch movies and series. But I see that in movies as Freddy Krueger, the godfather, Hell raiser etc.. Appear catholic images, only in the first movie of Hell raiser appear one statue of one virgen other movie where appeared crucifix are in the movies of Amityville. In the movies of the godfather appeared scenes in christian churchs and are many movies where invoque the cursed name of the Nazarene as the 2 movie of it invoque the cursed name of the nazarene without razón. I have to not watch more Freddy Krueger? I like in some point but the problem is this appears crucifix. As I questioned in one post before what to see then? Are some film studio that are satanist? I like also Twilight and Underworld and in this movies no appears any crucifix or catholic image and in series I don't know if Vikings could be one good option. In any case I realize that I live in one real movie of infinite hours

I can understand not wanting to watch a movie whose only purpose, knowing or unknowing, is to blaspheme and insult to our Gods, like many horror movies where Demons are misrepresented, but Christianity has little to do with, for example, a movie like The Godfather, which you mentioned.

The characters there are Italian-Americans and like in real life that's a very much Catholic demographic, of course they go to church and hold baptisms.

I'd say the problem with The Godfather is different, meaning that it portrays mobsters in an unrealistic and romantic way potentially deluding young people into thinking the mafia is cool.
It happened to me when I was a teen, I'm talking from experience here. I outgrew this delusion at around 19 years old.

In this world it's unavoidable to find traces of things that shouldn't exist in movies, simply because by existing and being so prominent they end up in movies and video games and any type of media really, not necessarily with ill intent, even if it can be the case like I said earlier about religious horror movies.

In some cases these traces can be ignored because they're not put with malice and/or are so small that don't impact what otherwise is a very well made piece of fiction.
