Using anger and hatred?

Is it ok, to use anger and hatred for motivation, to get some extra energy when training? 15 years ago i had a lot of pain and hatred in myself and was training like crazy, screaming while lifting weights. But than I let that pain go out of me, I feel more calm now, but I found video on youtube which says we should use anger and hatred to accomplish my goals. So should I use anger while trying to reach my goals or should I try it without the pain.. is anger and hatred bad for me?

If done inappropriately, it could actually poison your aura if you dwell too strongly on anger and hatred, especially hatred.

Use positive forms of anger such as enduring anger against giving up or an active form of pushing yourself. David Goggins is a good role model in using anger to positively bolster yourself and build mental discipline.


Some forms of work require calmness and calculation, not anger. Sometimes you need to flow to get the most done.



Find what works best for each situation. As for motivation, what I found works for me is contemplation of parent-child relationships.
Imagine you having a child, you’d feel this natural loving inclination to see your child develop into the best possible version of themselves. I don’t know what your history with your parents was like, however I know that since we are children of the Gods, They are watching over us and want us to grow into the best version of ourselves. The contemplation on this love from Them will give you a strong motivation to succeed, if meditated on enough and placed in the soul.

It depends on the goal you have. Anger is connected to the base chakra.

There are some crystals that help with anger, such as amethyst, aventurine, carnelian, howlite. Meditating with them will help you learn to control your anger, and also help you release pent-up anger.

If I use it while lifting weights or while punching boxing bag, is it dangerous for my mental health? I heard if I use hatred while punching I can get some mental illness..

Of course not. If anything, athleticism is a healthy way to express such emotions.

It's not good to take everything you consume at face value...
