Is it ok, to use anger and hatred for motivation, to get some extra energy when training? 15 years ago i had a lot of pain and hatred in myself and was training like crazy, screaming while lifting weights. But than I let that pain go out of me, I feel more calm now, but I found video on youtube which says we should use anger and hatred to accomplish my goals. So should I use anger while trying to reach my goals or should I try it without the pain.. is anger and hatred bad for me?
