Most gypsies are heavily mixed with jews, and jewish influence is all over them.
Not 100% of gypsies are jews, in my opinion, some are just a very low caste of migrating Punjabs. So technically not completely doomed similarly to the jews.

Still, not the greatest people most of the time, pretty wise to avoid them.

Back to OP, Hitler had no campaign against "slavs", just communist infiltrators, of which all were either jews or jewish sympathizers.
Some people claim Hitler was only pro-German and against other Europeans, but that falls flat when you look at just how merciful Hitler has been in every single military campaign he embarked on, often letting his enemy go.

Hitler, again, had nothing against black people if they were not causing trouble. He was allied with multiple African forces, had African divisions, black SS members, and black people who would serve in the military would get to choose to go back to their country of racial origin with a decent heap of cash to their name.
