Don't worry I understood what you meant, I just felt like sharing my goal. I know what you mean, and I agree with you. I often see men who are naturally leaner, since they can't naturally get as big as someone a larger body could, they get into steroids and their body just becomes very unnatural.

As for self-hypnosis, very interesting! I've been struggling to reduce body fat to around 9%, despite rigorous caloric limitations and intense daily physical exercise, it has been quite challenging. I'll definitely try that method, thanks!

I can share more detailed information with you, if you'd like.

First of all, once you are in a deep trance, you can more easily focus and control to an extent every area of your body and soul. This my variation and extension of what some hypnotherapists call "parts therapy".

If you can get yourself into a deep enough trance, that is the first step.

Before doing that, however, you may want to do some preparation such as writing affirmations and preparing "scripts". You don't need to remember this when you're in a trance, as you can simply record them with your phone or whatever devices you have available, and then listen to them while you are in a trance and other times throughout the day.

Just making clarity about what you want to accomplish and how you are going to accomplish it, is tremendous help to reduce the length of your session. And also, if you want to be technical, knowledge of human biology and biomedical science can help. Different ways of approaching an issues work for different people. For example, gamifying things work quite well for me because I've played a lot of RPG videogames when I was a teenager and I've always been obsessed with things like stat screens and similar enabling to see my stats, as well as the concepts of levelling up and continuous growth.

If you cannot recognise the signs of a deep trance when you are in one, asking your subconscious mind will usually work. Depending on the individual, you may have ideomotor responses set up for your subconscious mind or it may speak to you directly. In fact, any part of your soul and mind, and even your body, can be made to "talk" to you during a sufficiently deep trance. This is especially helpful when two of them are conflicting with each other on whatever issue in your life, which can then prevent it from resolving them until you bringing those parts into agreement/harmony. Of course, as SS we also have better ways than hypnotherapists to bring different parts of ourselves into balance.

In a deep trance, you can control things by focusing on them and using intense visualisations preceded and followed by affirmation that detail what you are doing, setting the intent and programming it into whatever you are controlling. In this instance, your fat storages. Repeatedly doing this, will manifest the goal you are pursuing, and you can also add energy breathing if you deem it necessary, such as how Lady Maxine suggests breathing light blue energy and programming it to speed up your metabolism.

If you don't know what specifically is holding you back, just telling yourself you are focusing on that thing that is holding you back, will bring your awareness to that specific part of you. In other words, you don't need to consciously know what it is.

There are occasions where the problem is not in what you are consciously doing in your life but in a past experience that is blocking your progress. In that instance, you may need to relive that experience to facilitate emotional release, and then you will be able to reprogram yourself/relearn. For example, I have come across many case studies of people who were holding on to a certain body shape because of sexual trauma and similar, subconsciously believe that their body shape was protecting them from being abused again.

Anyway, I don't think that's your case.

The only reason I am not including any example of affirmations and visualisations is because I believe it is important to craft your own, as those will have the most powerful effect on you because your soul will more readily and easily accept them.

Awesome! Thanks for taking the time to elaborate on the subject.

I will begin preparing for this tomorrow. Although I have practiced self-hypnosis many times, my experience has been on a different level. This is a new experience for me. I am also eager to explore other areas, such as building strength. I will program my muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and joints (and maybe other areas, will have to do some research on anatomy) to develop superhuman levels of strength and endurance using this method.

I am for hard work. I think you haven't worked hard enough. Gym or at home, it doesn't make much difference, the important thing is to have the knowledge (so as not to harm your body) and the necessary means available. Exercise bike or treadmill, weights, etc.

You have to have this grit of wanting to empty the ocean with a bucket based on the fact that there aren't infinite water molecules there! Also, never get bored and lazy.

I work hard everyday, I'm not fat and lazy or anything, I was, but not anymore, I just want to be better than what I currently am, I will continue to push for however long that takes, however as SS I am also aware that there are certain tools that speed up certain processes, it would be unwise of me to not take advantage of that and achieve things that normal people can't. However, this must be done simultaneously to actual training.

I don't hope to achieve that level of strength just with hypnosis, I am aware of the physical training required, I just want to give the training a boost. I workout every day, I always push my limits, every single day. I do weight training at the gym sometimes focused on strength other times on muscle growth. I also practice calisthenics. And I also practice Jiujutsu and MMA and at the dojo we also train strength, flexibility and mobility. Some of these might not be ideal, but they are my options at the moment and they get me closer to my goal everyday.

I agree with it your mentality though, and you're right, if I didn't get to where I want to be, it's because I haven't done it hard or long enough. It takes a serious amount of perseverance to achieve these things. They are incredibly hard and for most people, virtually impossible, but I'm not a quitter.

Very good, you are doing a lot of things! Don't forget to devote plenty of time and energy to the most important thing, Meditation.

My personal opinion on this is that energy holds more transformative power than the mind alone. The power of a deep trance versus affirming outside of one seems to be the degree of depth/intensity which the mind can impress upon the astral. The question then becomes, how much transformative capacity does this deep trance method have when compared to no trance + energy backing?

I am of the opinion that their comes a limit the mind alone, and raw energy is needed. In the case of someone who can chant, then enter a light/medium trance, this would give the majority of the benefits of the self-hypnosis, yet also have lots of power from the raised energy.

Yes, certainly. This why Spiritual Satanism can bring immense advancements to self-hypnosis and hypnosis in general.

You can breathe in energies with any depth of trance. It won't disrupt the depth of it. Lady Maxine suggests breathing in light blue energy during a self-hypnosis sessions, and programming it to speed up your metabolism. This is just one example.

You can also vibrate mantras in a deep trance, as exercising your outer voice doesn't disrupt the trance either. Most hypnotherapist patients speak during their sessions.

At specific depth of your trance, you can figuratively speak to your chakra and many parts of the soul, and they will answer. The differences with a light trance and no trance are that:

1. Your brain is operating at the right frequency to be the most successful in specific activities.
2. Rationalisation doesn't interfere to block you from gathering information from different parts of your soul.

Different parts of your soul may vocalise inside your mind with a distinct voice or relate the information in other ways, including sudden flashes of spontaneous knowledge.

Your mind will also lead you to the resources you need, be them physical or spiritual. Being SS, our minds are already aware of an arsenal of tools we can use in the transformative process. Many of us also understand what we need to do consciously after the spiritual side is taken care of. The mental conditioning and the physical practice...

This is all very interesting Stormblood, thank you for sharing this information.

You definitely are onto to something. Regardless of if the end result of the research and testing of this shows the limits of what the mind can do for better or worse, what you are doing is important and my view is you should continue as best you are able to.

I'm sure eventually you'll reach a point where you'll find the limit of what can be done with trance and hypnosis if you continue in the long term with this.

This is very exciting knowledge.

This is interesting.

I will add in to the knowledge of the subject with a safe working to do to help anyone for that matter.

X Aum X Satanama X Uruz X Sowilo

Replace the x with your number. Don't make it a big number, but just enough to feel the energy for it to be internalized. Such as 10x.

The affirmation done for 5 times:

" I am completely healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My body is healthy and harmonious.

I lose weight in perfect measure for my health, height and musculature, become athletic and capable, in positive ways."

This is a meditative working that needs to be internalized and applied within as a programming as is, in the fashion of this thread subject.

People with more capable knowledge like Stormblood can add and change this affirmation to better suit it. Such as targeting body fat or other things. The skeleton affirmation is good for this.

The Aum activates and balances the mind, further opening for Satanama. Satanama activates our inner core and it is the most healthy positive mantra to address our inner core. Uruz and Sowilo in combination is of action and active movement to produce the desired outcome. Sexual potency and youth is desired for this and stands for health and harmony, vitality.

Do not forget to actually do physical things and fulfill this properly. This can give a boost and a guided outcome.
