Over the past few weeks I have been feeling a bit down and de-motivated when it comes to meditating or just doing any daily activities. It is not the winter and colder months and I have always seemed to become more tired and worn out during this season. I have heard that this may be a problem related to a low fire energy and such. Are there specific meditations or rituals that I can do to heighten and raise my Fire Energy? Any links or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all and HAIL SATAN!!
