Hello to all my brothers and sisters. I had a question. Is it good to use noises to focus in meditation? I have seen a lot of playlists about these noises which are categorized according to colors like brown noise, blue noise and white noise. Because I don't have my own room, I have to meditate in a space where there is a lot of disturbance from my family. Do you recommend that I use these noises?

If there is a lot of noise, and it interferes with my focus, I prefer to meditate with pleasant music. If you ask my opinion, I like classical music and Wagner's music, and Wagner was an SS.
Oh this is great I will definitely try it. thank you brother🤍.

White noise can be very useful as it blocks out all other noise, when you get used to the sound of the white noise. Rain is also good.
Try searching YouTube for rain sounds for sleep. Just make sure you have an ad blocker or that the video does not contain ads, so you don't get interrupted.

thank you very much. Your advice helped me💕

What is important is not to be disturbed while meditating. I have seen people here mentioning they meditate while listening to metal music. Don't know how true it is, but as long as you stay focused on your meditation, the kind of noise you use while meditating is up to your liking. Personally, I love listening to Ancient Egypt ambient music, space ambient music and white noise.

A trance can be disturbed because of external sounds, and don't trust "meditation music" you find on youtube.
Yes, this is very true. I will use sounds and music for a temporary period. And yes! I always have a bad feeling about meditation videos on YouTube.

Oh that's great. Thank you very much my friend.
