Question #691: Kundalini

I have kundalini yoga experience before but not been doing for a while due to pain on my throat so i decided to do chakra work and qigong for a while.After solved the issue with my vissudhi chakra the energy started to ascend up on my brain and gave the sense of "wave".unfortunately i got extremely sick right now but this never happened before.İ don't know it is "new age" symptom of kundalini or exact one i Just have confusion on this point thanks for your answers.

It means you had a blockage in the throat chakra and the energy can now flow freely through your soul channels in that part, it's not a symptom of kundalini.

The "wave" you felt was the energy which is now able to flow there, and is not stagnant or blocked anymore.

You'll have to keep working on your chakras and unlock your soul, so you prepare it for the kundalini.
