Hi everyone,

Is this normal or maybe indicative of blockage(s)?

Ever since I started a 28-day purification from the recent Sabbat [3 days ago; but I have done 5 sessions so far usually right upon waking in the morning as I'm doubling on some days I have the time -- consisting of a quick 20-ish minute Hatha Yoga session, then Vi-Suddhi x7 in each chakra, then asking my Guardian or any Daemon who can assist me with removing the dross with the miniature sun technique, and followed up by x36 OR x18 (depending) hissed 'S' SURYA in each chakra affirming after each that my chakras are purified from all dross "My (____) chakra is thoroughly and completely clean and purified from all dross and negative/malefic energy, in healthy and beneficial ways for me" and finally "All my chakras are thoroughly and completely clean and purified from all dross and negative/malefic energy" + AC + AoP + Alternate Nostril Breathing for 2 rounds], but my vibrations go very very raspy the second I hit my throat chakra to the point that I wonder if my vibrations would even be effective, and when I hit my solar chakra I immediately start to experience violent hiccups that are tight in my throat and gets worse for the whole session (they mostly stop while I do my Alternate Nostril Breathing). They go away after some time thankfully, but come back in the next session.
I am super tired after each session but breathing in the sun energy right afterwards for the AoP solves this and I feel perfectly fine again.

The reason I don't know if this is a throat blockage is because when I meditated on a Kundalini Yoga energy buzz later on in the day and focused on my throat I actually saw a very very bright white flash for a second, like I was seeing my chakra shining or something? It wasn't sky blue however. I also haven't experienced this with any other chakra, or any other form of energy. I feel physically well.
