I've always believed not, and I've even refuted several Christians. The myth of Jesus arose in the library of Alexandria and was supposed to be a concept/symbol, a reproduction of 20 pagan gods, and somehow, after the destruction of the library, people began to spread a Christianity

I used this argument with Christians and they presented me with sources of "proof" of the historical jesus, they quoted people from the time of jesus who mentioned him, like the Jew Flavius Josephus who quoted the brother of jesus in one of his documents, Testimonium Flavianum (another Jew) who commented on the existence of a jesus, Tacitus (Roman who hated Christians) also quoted Christ in a document talking about the great fire in Rome

In conclusion, how can we refute these filth? Or did a historical Jesus really exist?

No. At best he was a kike general who was killed by his own.

Regarding the "Testimonium Flavianum", it has been well established that it's a 4th century forgery. Before the 4th century, Christian apologists were quoting all sorts of passages from Josephus but that part was never quoted because it didn't exist. Origen even criticized Josephus for not mentioning Jesus! The man who added it was the well-known 4th century liar and forger Eusebius, he was the one who quoted it first.

The rest of the "sources" the christians quote are forgeries too, but no one of them actually mentions Jesus.

And even if all them were not forgeries, none of them were contemporary with Jesus. Josephus was born in 38 C.E., 8 years after Jesus supposedly died.

All of these Christian arguments have been debunked in David Fitzgerald's book "Nailed" and in the link here: https://www.jesusneverexisted.com/josephus-etal/

What is more interesting is there are Roman Historical texts where entire sections about Tiberius' reign have been removed because they didn't mention Jesus and they were not easy to forge. The entire chronicles of Justus of Tiberias were lost. Photius the 9th century Patriarch of Constantinople said that he read all of Justus and he made not a single mention of Jesus. So, he and others likely decided to not save them for posterity and burn them.

It's very disturbing that Christians only kept historical texts from that period which they could forge to add Jesus and Christians in them. Who knows the true history of what happened at that time.

If one looks at how corrupt and distorted the history of even 80 years ago is, he will see that it's really not that difficult for the jews to corrupt the history of 2000+ years ago. Did a Rabbi named Yeshua exist back then? Probably, yes. More than one actually. Was one of them walking on water like a fool to impress people? No, probably not. Just because someone back then was named Yeshua, doesn't mean that all the fairy tales in the Bible actually happened.
