I just got 2 short question:
1. The meditation for opening the heart chakra lasts 3 days. I have started on the first day, but i skipped the second day due to powerful headaches. So my guess will be that I will have to start all over again right? I also think this is going to take a bit longer than 3 days to open. When I did the meditations on the 3rd eye, crown and throat chakra I was able to feel the energy immediately after focusing on one of them, but with the heart chakra will be something different I guess, we’ll see.
2. When I do the breathings in kundalini yoga, 108x for example, do they have to be fast? Like breath in and exhale somewhat faster or can they have a regular base rhytmus? I was watching some videos on people doing kundalini out of curiosity (i know they are doing the wrong exercises) and most of them were breathing faster. When I tried to do it as well i got dizzy to be honest. What do you guys suggest?
Thank you :)

I think you'll have to redo it.

I recommend you take it slow, as this is what the breath is about. If you rush the reps, it won't mean anything.

1. Restarting is required, I believe.
2. If you get dizzy then take it slower.

Repeat the chakra opening.

For Kundalini Yoga, in the beginning it's fine to take it slow and learn the movements, but proper practice demands rapid movements, i.e. going as fast as you can while maintaining good form. Also don't start at 108 reps if you've never done it before. Cut down on reps 3 or 4 times and build up from there.
