To stimulate your energies, if you have difficulties with meditations (that are paramount, needed on daily basis), try to sit down quietly under direct sunshine, and simply relax and - if you can - imagine to absorb the Sun's rays. Spend half an our this way, and you will feel more energized, ready to boost further meditations. This helps immensely in moments of weakness, illness, or high stress.
