I would like to know what are the best runes to vibrate for black magic and I have other questions.
If I vibrate the runes, do I have to vibrate them in reverse as an antidote to erase any effects in my soul?
Or is it enough to simply clean the aura?
Then I would like to understand how many times a statement against that person would be effective to cause a certain type of bad luck, such as x10, x50 x100 times etc..

You should be familiar with magickal evocation before you attempt any black magick. So, for your own safety, please practice evocation with white magick first. This is stated in ToZ as well, and it is common sense.
