Before I came to Satanism I thought cats were basically greys. Unemotional parasites that just leeched off people with zero purpose. I recognize that as wrong now.

But being around some of them makes me sick. My family picked up this little kitten that never had parents. It doesn't lick itself clean and smells like poop plus it has worms. I thought that the gods wanted me to help it. I convinced my family to keep it inside until it is better. The suffering of the little cat did not bring me pleasure or anything.

We also have a cat named "John" he is mean, sick, and a pedophile. He scratches people when they walk past. He tries to breed with the little kitten and tortures it sometimes. The little kitten is like 1 month old. Also when we give the other cats temptations, that they are addicted to, he uses the opportunity to lick their ass holes clean. He likes poop more than temptations. Basically a jew cat. I have no idea what is wrong with this cat. It is disgusting and weird.

Are the gods testing me to see if I love these cats? I agree that the little kitten is in a bad spot and needs some help. Should I take care of these animals even though they disgust me? I don't think that cats deserve to die anymore, and I won't kill them. We aren't Christians though either. I'm not sure what the gods want me to do.
Animals are sacred in Satanism how should I treat these animals?

You're right, animals are sacred in Satanism. However, we and our souls don't have to match and love others'. We do respect animals, but you don't have to force yourself to love someone or something if your soul doesn't feel it.

This doesn't mean you should harm or completely neglect your family's cats if other members can't take care of them though. There are some souls we feel closer to and some we don't feel bonds with at all, this includes animals. And that's perfectly normal.

You don't need to love animals, in Satanism the symbolism referring to each animal is sacred.

However, they are physically treated with care since our role as a species is to preserve and improve the Universe around us, through a balance of the ecosystem at large.

But they are not sacred or anything like that, they are different species and they are not part of us, and they certainly do not become sacred, they are just entities like others, if they become a problem we eliminate them, if they can serve us in some way we make them do it.
But this relationship does not mean that they are related to us in any way or that we should hold them sacred or part of our society or any other such nonsense.

I repeat, what is sacred is a symbolism invented by our species for our species that is associated with an animal (like bear strength for example), but this symbolism does not make these entities sacred. Our relationship with animals is only of pure interest.

Of course I am not referring to the madness of having pets, which I am against, it is against nature and deviates you. Humans with humans, and beasts with beasts, like whites with whites, and blacks with blacks.

Looking at customs such as cattle blessing rituals, I can say that it is just an acknowledgement to cows (example, but not only), for 'surrendering' to our will. Now their cycle of existence is hopeless, they are a slave species, we steal their milk we kill them for their meat and to produce X materials, we kill their children for the same reasons. We only do them the courtesy of treating them well in the process and giving them recognition. This relationship does not make them sacred, but the symbolism of abundance that we have related to them is.

From the Joy of Satan, written by High Priestess Maxine:

"ANIMALS ARE SACRED IN SATANISM!
DOMESTICATED ANIMALS ARE A SPECIAL GIFT TO HUMANITY FROM OUR GODS. ALL ANIMALS SHOULD BE TREATED WITH CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT!
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SATAN.

The Serpent, the Peacock and the Raven are sacred to Satan, himself.
Cats are sacred to Lilith, Bastet and to many of our Gods. Cats were revered in Ancient Egypt. Dogs are also very sacred. Anubis is the Patron Demon of Dogs. Lilith is the Patron Demoness of Owls. Thoth is represented by an Ibis, and there are many more of our Gods who have their important symbols represented by animals."

In Spiritual Satanism, life is certainly held sacred and upheld as sacred, this includes animals, which certainly are sacred in Spiritual Satanism.

Spiritual Satanism is in harmony with nature, not only the individual life, but also the relationship between life is understood and respected as much as the life itself, held sacred, which includes the need for certain species to hunt/eat other species to grow, survive and be in the best health. Sacredness, showing respect and being in harmony with nature are not mutually exclusive things.

Life is build like this, we do not reject the natural laws and existence over self imagined ethics, as the nature itself is what we are to hold highest and understand for what it is.

Unnecessary cruelty, senseless killing or torment, blood sacrifice, and an approach of pure exploitation without the aforementioned respect we are to be against vehemently.

Our species being as evolved as we are compared to other more primitive, less developed species, means there are natural evolutions that take place, such as instead of being limited to hunt for food, we can domesticate lesser species and keep them under us for various purposes, not limited only to food, but also to enrich our lives or to help us in other ways (cats for example were originally domesticated to help deal with pests to us humans like rats, or to eliminate other dangers such as venomous snakes and scorpions from villages).

To the Gods, many species are sacred, and thus need to be treated with respect, this however is within reason, as we should not do so at the expense of our own life or existence, but in harmony with life itself.

If one finds themselves cornered by a venomous snake, and the way to survive is to kill the snake, one needs to do what needs to be done, nothing wrong here. Same if one is endangered by a vicious dog.

These species that were domesticated develop along side us, and also change and evolve with us, there is a symbiotic relationship that forms between species. There are however more and less ethical ways to treat and keep domesticated animals, such as cattle or pigs in the modern meat industry which is a wrong way of doing this, there is no semblance of any harmony or symbiotic existence here, no aforementioned respect or care in any way, just a pure exploitation, which goes too far to one extreme.

This does not mean however that the Gods would look negatively upon you for consuming meat, as this is not within your control at all, and this is necessary to be in good health. All things are looked at in a balanced way, from the highest perspective by them.

If one operates such an industry themselves however, one is in a position to do things better and to set a higher ethical standard, likely at the expensive to your own profits, however there certainly are ways one can do this without negatively impacting one's own livelihood, in which case if one is an SS, they should try their best for this, to set a higher standard and be harmonious in the approach to life as a whole.

Certainly there is nothing wrong or strange about having pets either. Animals have been companions to humans for thousands of years, the animals protect us as we protect them, we live in mutual respect and appreciation with them, however this only works because of the relative difference in our development and evolution as species. Humanity is uniquely positioned on the Earth to be able to exist in complete harmony with all other species, to understand them, to care for them, to form bonds with them that other species can't.

It is natural for us to have bonds with the lesser developed life on the Earth, this benefits the other species as well and creates a stronger bond to the Earth as a whole between our species and the natural life in existence.

It is uniquely in human nature to appreciate the other natural life, build bonds with the creatures of the Earth and live harmoniously with them.

The Gods too keep animals, literally, as many Gods would appear alongside animals when summoned, this shows too that animals can then also evolve and advance on an individual level, as familiars to humans and as companions even to the Gods.

The sacredness is not only in symbolism, instead the symbolism comes from the sacredness that these different life forms are held to.

Having a pet is different from living in a multicultural society with other human races, the fundamental difference here is in the relative difference between species, the animals become part of the society they find themselves in, and coexist symbiotically, the diversity of life is not at risk here, and the natural laws are not disrupted.

The souls of these beings are even changed and adapted to this coexistence, they still are their own existence, the harmony of life is not disrupted, it becomes an extension instead that is only possible alongside the existence of an advanced species.

Far from being beasts, these animals are changed into a different form that coexists harmoniously with the advanced species that domesticated them. These things are part of nature, a consequence of one life form reaching a certain level of evolution to be able to do this.

If I look at dogs for example, they are dirty, they do nothing useful. They are just there moving around and living on your back like vermin. They expect you to give them food, they expect you to give them a home, they even expect that you collect their faeces(shit), and they even demand your love, despite the fact that they are such a useless burden.

What do they do? Companionship? Protects?
We are a species that lives in community for a reason, and now we have other tools to protect ourselves, to move goods or to remove rats from a place. If you need companionship find a friend or girlfriend, don't take an animal to keep it out of its natural habbitat and make it a completely dependent, unnecessary pet slave that expects everything ready just because it exists.

Does it seem to you that a dog is made to be in the company of humans in their own homes? Look at them they have obvious predator traits, they should be in the wild among their own kind hunting to survive, not as house slaves in the home to make an owner smile. This is pretty sick.

They are essentially of no use to us, and it is better for them to be in their natural environment, otherwise they are just beings deprived of their nature.

Dogs can't survive in the wilderness, nor cats.

And yes, dogs do demand your time and love, and so do cats, what is the problem with that? The result is an animal that loves you unconditionally and that will give you company.

Yours is a pretty cynical opinion on the matter, it's like you are devoid of thinking with your heart. Perhaps it has to do with where you're from? Are there many wild dogs roaming the street where you're from? Or..?

Thanks a lot for explaining me about satanama manthra .But my doubt is do you need to inhale and exhale sa and then once again inhale and exhale ta and so on or with just a single inhale and then exhale sa ta na ma ??which is the right method and the most effective?

Dogs and cats are not from the wild. They are from other planets and given to us from the Gods to be domestic pets and guards. Most people have use for them. If you don't then that's your life and your personal opinion, but not for most other people.

That's pretty freaking ironic coming from a person who has Anubis's sigil as their profile picture...

I do not understand what this comment has to do with anything, or what relevance it has.

If I have a connection and an interest in a particular Deity, it does not mean that I have an interest in some animal as a species, at most in the energy behind its symbolism.
In the case of Anubis, I was not even interested in the symbolism behind the dogs.

What did you want to achieve with this comment?

If they cannot survive, nature will take its course. At least nature will value those species that actually do something to survive.

About the unconditional love thing, etc.
Do it with another human being, right? It is more natural.

As for me, I still find it very strange that animals live among humans, at least only a minority of people do this. For me they can live on their own way as long as they do not become a problem and do not bother me. But I still feel that there is something very wrong and unnatural about watching a domesticated animal.

The one thing that saddens me a lot is animals are abused a very lot ..Atleast in my country most of them do not care about dogs and so many such human caring animals ...The west really cares about animals and pet them.Animals especially dogs and cats are left as stray cats and dogs and they die a very horrible death ...Humans have left their humanity 😓😓

Since you aren't in the state of mind to expand your perspective and learn here from us, you should summon Lord Anubis and tell him directly your views on dogs and your disdain for them, also your opinion that the symbolism is all that matters, etc.

Speak to Him about this.

Some things can only be understood after experiencing them yourself, or after something is instilled within your soul by a higher mind, to allow one to grasp things that are out of reach for their mind.

I'm not a fan of dogs but you have some very bizzare and twisted views on pets and animals. Pets and animals are sacred in Satanism and have been honored since ancient times. The use of animals as a metaphor is just that, that is not the sole reason they are sacred. This isn't mainstream satanism where everything is only symbolic and open to individual interpretations and definitions and nothing is based on the Gods or nature's order of things.

You talk about animals like (((anti natalists))) talk about children, you talk about them like they are ticks and cockroaches, even dogs, despite having Anubis' sigil as your avatar. If the irony and disrespect of this is lost on you then you are seriously out of touch.

Have you read HPS Maxine's sermon linked to you by Voice of Enki?

Dogs and cats come to us from the Gods. How is treating an animal the way most pet owners do making it a 'slave'?

A dog alone in particular doesn't know what to do because it has extreme differences from a wolf and is just maladaptive in nature. Look at the size of their respective skulls and foreheads for a start. Lord Anubis attributes are directly related to what dogs are. Loyalty.

As for cats, cats are one thing keeping us from plague and other destructive phenomena, which is why the Egyptians considered them holy animals. Yes, we have 'other tools' like kike convid vaccines and gene therapy for a glorified cold, and releasing endless poisons to kill bedbugs and rats, which do nothing other than botch us compared to just... owning a cat in an urban environment.

I would agree too many people own pets nowadays instead of children and there is an overpopulation, but that is a distinct issue. You can argue the same things about a baby if taken to logical extremes - oh it shits itself, its useless, all it does is smile for its owner, and it might even grow up to be something that goes to a university and preaches for its own extinction (at least cats and dogs don't do that). People actually argued similar things in the middle ages as an excuse to pawn off their 'wretched, despicable' babies on maids or random girls for months at a time.

Thank you for your answers, I will meditate on the subject to reach better conclusions.

I believe the majority of your stated opinions are being influenced by the current negativity in the world, rather than the full potential and meaning within reality behind the human/animal connection. Everything can be advanced upon.

Look at the Ehwaz rune, which is said to describe the relationship between humans and animals. It shows a pairing of two entities based on common goals; friendship: https://runesecrets.com/rune-meanings/ehwaz

Animals must be treated with love and respect!

When you live with a pet, they need to be carefully cared for and closely monitored for their health, because pets themselves do not know how to do this!

I realise that my point of view was completely wrong.

I watched some documentaries, and I think I realised the importance of animals and nature. From what I have seen we can learn an infinite number of things from animals. From predators you learn how to attack, from prey how to defend yourself, even from the roles of male and female you can understand a lot.

I think I realised what a wonderful miracle evolution and nature is, how interesting it is that life makes you develop traits to survive in your environment.

Maybe you have to get back in touch with nature and the aspects of survival, being governed by the first chakra, and the first chakra being the base of the soul, I start to think that this can benefit the whole soul as a consequence. Maybe it is the basis for everything else.

It was a very positive experience for the first chakra to understand and see all this.

Nature Channel and biology classes are pretty cool. :D

I am sick of people abusing animals. And I'm sick and tired of the abuse that goes on in this world. As it is. Why take it out on animals? And why do people use their excuse to take it out on an innocent dog or a cat? Especially when these kind of animals are here to teach his love. And give us comfort and support. Especially when you're feeling down and need some healing energy. I honestly think that animals are smarter than most humans. In many ways. Animals are very independent and self-reliant. Were the human being has to learn. And still have to figure it out, human beings are very spoiled and self-centered, were the animal doesn't care so people think? Animals are really good at picking up on the spirituality of a person and the emotions of a person. And can tell whether or not you're sick with cancer and they want to be there to take care of you. You adopt a cat or a dog they get to know you in special ways. They depend on you and yet at the same time they can take care of themselves. People can learn a lot from an animal. And though people may think an animal is just an animal? Considering the stupidity of stupid humans? And the dumb things that humans do and come up with? And yet they go take it out on some helpless animal? When people should learn to be considered of others especially animals! Who are here for us up on this Earth for many reasons. They teach us things in many ways that people do not pay attention to anymore. And that is what pisses me off and saddens me at the same time. You want to go out and do something to these crazy people who abuse animals and yet you can't! These people will pay and they will regret dearly. And you wish you could go out and do something to help and save some of these animals? And yet there are people out there who do the best they can to help them.
