well i unknowingly became a victim to this. if you dont know what this is, basically your brain gets to a point where it only gives you erections to porn and not real humans and sexual situations. i intend to stop all porn and masturbation now. looking into nofap it seems this can be healed in time with rewiring your brain. around 90 days of abstaining from porn and masturbation is usually enough to heal. i know some people here dont like nofap because spiritual reason and sexuality but in my case i need to fix this issue.

How can i aid and speed up my healing process with the knowledge provided with satanism? any ideas help. thanks

Do a healing working for this. And yes, abstaining and having a relationship meanwhile is going to heal you over time. Start exercising also. You don't have to follow the "philosophy" or nofap to put yourself in a healing regime. Clearly this problem has been causing issues to many men worldwide. This is because nobody has any measure about watching porn and such.

It is reversible, but not by watching more pornography.

Nofap is for troglodites. If you want to take steps into healing yourself do a working as HC said and you need to desentisize youself to porn, to do that you start masturbating by immagining vanilla acts, so no porn induced fetishes or degenerate behaviours.
