It is that of achieving you natures potential, which stands on the basis of health at first, and then grows towards the path of immortality, which is a self sustaining and everlasting body.

Life and the "substances" that contain life, which in essence is the light, needs an equal of a "container" and better said needs a higher degree of manifestation in our body.

This is the perfecting of our body, capacitating and practicing the proper workings and meditations so the light of our soul will unfold within the containments of the material, as to be well sustained and everlasting, thus perfected.

This alchemical reasoning stands in also cleaning the dross, which is a call to action directly relating to perfecting yourself. The material body is also in direct effect of this, as there's interdependence between the material and immaterial.

As for comparing these thing in your mind, you have no anchor to lean on, however, with advancement you'll realize that the above perfection can be achieved. You can think of it in terms of "tending to perfection" which is also a very favorable idea to the soul and mind. Always striving to improve, as the least basic aspect of this.

Proper posture and movement is part of it. Esther Gokhale wrote a good book.

The perfected body is one that is undying and brimming with limitless vitality.

It has little to do with Herculean strength or other forms of high level athleticism by itself, however a certain level of athleticism does come with this, but does not have to be the focus.

The immortal body does not have to be focused towards athleticism for this to be so.

Yoga and Kundini Yoga along with other spiritual practices are what will get you there.

The material body is one 1 part of your being. In total the human being has 5 bodies, the material being the densest.

At the point of perfection the 5 bodies merge into a crystallized perfected form from the highest manifestation to the lowest all perfectly balanced and connected as one.

The soul no longer separates from the body and the body is no longer confined within the physical limitations of material reality.

By that point, the possibilities are almost limitless. Even actual bi-location (being in multiple places simultaneously) and what can only be referred to as "teleportation" (for the lack of a better word) are possible.

Out of the 5 bodies, the higher bodies are not confined within space time as the material body is, therefore feats impossible physically can be performed when the being reaches a state of perfection, as you are one with the above and the below.

Unfortunately I am yet to experience any such highly advanced states myself, however through communication with the Gods you can come to know of real people who are capable of these feats.

HP HoodedCobra also wrote a little bit about this in a sermon on the levels of the Magnum Opus.

All the Gods too are capable of this as well and many more unfathomable things.

Through communication with them, you can ask them to help you understand this and see tangible evidence of it existing.

Nothing I would tell you would truly help you overcome the reasonable doubts you have towards these things, you are best of establishing communication with the Gods yourself and asking them directly.

Hail Satan!

So for the movement thing... This includes strength-based movements like being able to throw a heavy object for a distance and being able to press a certain weight overhead, right? Or good punching technique?

I'm sorry but "proper posture" and "proper movement" are both incredibly low-bar for "physical perfection". There has to be some element of athletic ability there. Otherwise, we'll have some guy in a nightclub dancing the right way and all of a sudden women are calling him "a perfect body". That's just silly.

For sure.
I only said "a part" of it.
I'm thinking from more of a martial perspective, actually.
Like with movement... I almost explained how some people walk in a way where they essentially fall forward every step and have to catch their balance with each footfall.
However, those who walk properly will engage the posterior chain to stride/glide with every step. They drive their heels back to engage the glutes and hamstrings and lead forward with their waist.

On a similar topic there's also foot function.

Proper posture and proper movement both are very important components, yes it is not all, but part of it, as with proper posture you can have very strong grounding, good impression, even all organism can work more effectively and with bigger endurance both in yoga, martial arts and in life(looking at this in physical way.) but we can extend this to nonphysical part, proper posture of mentality for example, balance between physical and spiritual I even would call proper posture speaking in unified field.

Proper movement even more important as beginning with yoga, without proper transitions from one posture to another can result in injury and etc. How you walk speaks about how you are, both how you walk on the street and how you walk in your mind, without proper movements proper actions are not performed, without proper actions good results in spiritual path is very hard to reach if it is possible at all, at least if you are very very lucky. Proper movements while dealing with enemy are of crucial importance, as we know we are in a war.

So if you look at this and just think about dancer in nightclub, it is okay, but only for now.
