[I already wrote it in the title, but this is OFFTOPIC]
Hey everyone :)
I just wanted to ask this here so that I don't get suggestions with jewish corrupted stuff. As a little side info, I am/was quite a big anime fan (and I have noticed tons of satanic references in a lot of them). I will try to make it short -- for those of you who don't know "Tokyo Ghoul", it's about a character in there named Juuzou. He basically got "kidnapped" and was held as the slave of a "Ghoul" (I wont go into detail here). He was trained to be a scrapper who kills humans in an arena for entertainment. Alright, so it's about this guys' physical abilities. He is extremely flexible and has shown to have quite a lot of strenght aswell (despite not looking like he would be strong). I would like to know if any of you have ideas of a training program that would get my physique similar the the one this guy has. With this I mean.. being extremely flexible, and (if this is even possible) being strong without building up a lot of clearly visible muscles.
Just a little disclaimer: I do RTRs daily and I do my research aswell. I just felt with this character from the beginning in the series and always wanted to obtain his abilities, which is why I wrote this. Also, the routine can be REALLY hard. I have lots of willpower in terms of training and getting myself to train -- just wanted to have this added.
Thanks for reading and I'm looking forward to the suggestions of you guys.

You can try using the Rune ÜRUZ:
"... It is masculine in nature and gives strength, endurance and athleticism."

You can also use a Mars Square. And affirm energy when you have an energy buzz. You can also raise your energies and affirm this.

yeah that's what yoga stretches are for. To improve flexibility and raise bio-electricity.

I am already doing yoga daily, I was hoping for some additional methods to train flexibility. It was my fault for not mentioning that in the initial post though.

You could always include a simply stretching routine in your day aswell if you have enough time besides daily yoga and meditations and whatever else you have to do.
Look up some stretching routines that are used by martial artists for example to increase range of motion and general flexibility.
Yoga seems better in everyway though, since it works on the body in all levels at the same time and generally when the yoga asanas are performed perfectly and one focuses well on the Bhanda's when doing the Asanas to keep proper form it engages different parts of the body and stretches the muscles, tendons and bones gently without forcing anything.
Stretching routines are extremely effective and increasing flexibility, but often you can end up forcing a stretch too much or over stretching a muscle or muscle group which can lead to long term physical problems associated with the muscles, but as long as you are careful and know your limits and just slowly push beyond following some kind of daily routine you won't damage anything and you will make progress over time.
Though you must remain consistent, especially if you have tight muscles (like me..) even skipping a day or two can set progress back to how it was when you started.
Also those stretching exercises can be extremely unpleasant and painful, especially if you have tight muscles (like me..) so you need some will power to keep doing it consistently or you won't make any progress.

I know what it feels like to have really tight muscles.
I suck at running because my leg muscles always get so tight they cramp up HARD.
I can run fast as fuck, but my leg muscles never last long enough to do it.....
