Hello there , so today I woke up ( appearently I had a wet dream too ) after that did some acupressure points then got out of bed , started to do my physical routine ( cardio , home workout , yoga ) but my body can t do it like I m exhausted and my back hurts a bit if I stay in cobra pose. Is it ok if I take 3-4 days off for my body to recover and stick with other routines? Like spiritual etc

Modify yoga as to suit your needs, yoga is not strenuos work . If cobra pose hurts, learn to do it the correct way by looking videos about it, chances are you're just pushing yourself with your arms in it, while the hands do very little in cobra pose.

Maybe just focus on your spiritual practice and a light session of yoga. The fatigue is likely from the fact you are training your body so hard physically with Cardio and a home workout. You have to be careful as things always come in increments.

Is this a new routine or thing for you with all the cardio and stuff? Overtraining your body and pushing too hard can also happen by accident when we don't know our limits.

Listen to your body and don't push as hard. If you can still do yoga with your routine I'd recommend it, but maybe alter your routine to avoid poses that cause pain.

Minor discomfort happens but their should never be any pain in the asanas. You don't want to aggravate any condition or back issues you mention.

I see , thanks man. No, it s not a new thing doing this for some time , so for example today I continued with the yoga didn t had any issues then meditated for 10 minutes , vibrated 5x runes along with affirmation at the end , then I affirmed another positive affirmation for my natal chart that I am totally and completely free of all afflictions and bad manifestations etc. then Raum Meditation and at the night I do flame meditation before bed along with void meditation. Is that fine ? should I add more stuff ? I feel sometimes that I m forgetting something or that I m not doing enough but I don t really know why s that.

If this spiritual schedule is working for you then it is good. However if you experience any burnout or overstimulation from this routine over time it'll be wise to cut back. Not saying you will, but just keep in mind that sometimes can happen.

what do you mean by cut back exactly ? beside that should I add something else ?

Make sure you're eating right(enough calories), getting the sleep and getting into a proper void state. Also, although I know it is hard, make sure you have a schedule.

Also since the enemy does what the enemy does, I think a couple solar squares throughout the year would not hurt.

Alright , tho about void meditation I usually breathe in for 4-6 hold for 4-6 then exhale for 4-6 until I feel relaxed , then I visualize my aura + chakras and cleaning them I usually go with gold color for aura and then I m manifesting / visualizing my goals / desires and after I finish I just open my eyes then close them again and go to sleep

oh and at the moment I do the sun square

Are you eating healthy as well? Also, it's fine to take a break once in a while to recover for a couple of days. During your break from physical activity, keep up the yoga and meditations. Also, be sure to eat properly and have the right amount of vitamin B complex, for example. (usually 10x the RV is the appropriate amount for any mineral and water-soluble vitamins like the vitamins in the B complex. Modern medicine purposefully underestimates how much you need so you get dependent on caffeine and other things)

This is kidney deficiency, defined by the TCM system. The fact that you had a wet dream suggests a yin deficiency, as the kidney yin is necessary to hold the semen in, in a proper manner.

You can google more about this. Try to hold kidney 3 for this, as that recharges kidney yang and yin. Doing your physical routine will help you recover more quickly, but be mindful that the cardio and home workouts can be a little taxing on your yin.

Yoga usually requires less energy during the exercise process, whilst returning more energy in return. This is different from something like weight lifting, which is usually leaves the person exerted after completion of it.
