Needing some help + some venting...

Hello brothers and sisters in Father Satan,

I am in need of some help. I was hesitant to ask it here due to the thought of receiving some criticism or such, but I'll push through this.

This year hasn't been very kind to me. From operation to rehabilitation and more waiting until the next operation can be arranged, plus not having the ability to work until it is done, it's left me in a bit of a strained mental state that has both made me depressed and allowed some past trauma to surface.

I know what some of you will say: "Just do some fire breathing and you'll be fine" (it won't help with dealing with the actual problem) or "just do some yoga and you'll be fine" (same as above, but also I can't do certain poses due to my hands, hence the mention of operation).

This Saturday Moon will enter in Scorpio after the void of course Moon and since the Moon is still wanning I was thinking a freeing of the soul working to free myself from trauma would do me good as it's gotten to the point that I end up reliving it and feeling it happening again and having panic attacks is all too much...

Like for instance, yesterday I was feeling such hatred and anger for my father before my emotions took a turn and I started feeling like I should cry to literally seeing flashes of how my father beat me as a child to the point where I had difficulty standing, sitting and walking.. I could literally feel the pain.. and just memories of how he threatened to take me to the orphanage or drive and leave me in the forest or how he would hang my late dog if it didn't stop barking.. It was too much for me that I just felt like my life was in danger, from the flashes, to the phantom pain (or whatever you call it) to the inability to move from where I was laying..
Void meditation didn't come to mind as I was in a panic and scared.

This isn't the first time this happened, last time it was at what my "brother" did (he's biologically related to me, sibling, but he's dead to me) to me when I was a child. To put it bluntly he both molested me and tried to R me, so yeah.. that put a really bad thing on my psyche. Took me years before I could stand by other men and not have a panic attack.

I know to use Munka would be best, but I'm stumped at what affirmation to use..

P.S. I'm not seeking sympathy, I just need to vent..I have nobody else, except my boyfriend who knows already and the Gods. I just need some help.. Please and thank you..
P.S. I hope this wasn't too much for anyone to read.

Why would you receive criticism? That wouldn't be the correct answer to helping someone. We are obligated to help. It is good and also brave of you to share this.

You are in need of emotional healing: https://www.ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?p=458600#p458600

In regards to Munka, you can simply state you are removing any psychological obstacles in the best way for your prosperity.
This will move around to the areas which are holding you back the most, useful in cases where you or others may not actually know what your worst hangup is, or how that relates to your current life's situation.

However, just be aware that it make time to fully resolve. Your first priority is to heal so that you are stable, which is different from fully rooting out every problem that could exist here. The same is true of physical health, in that we need to prioritize.

With this in mind, keep in mind that a freeing working can be harsh. For example, you may feel these same feelings as they are released, but it will get better afterwards. At the time, though, it can possibly be intense. That doesn't mean you shouldn't attempt to heal, but make sure you have ways to manage this.

In regards to managing pain in the moment, you can affirm Wunjo or Sananda to "now" make you happier. Cleaning the upper chakras, like heart and 6th, will also help a lot, especially during active releasing of karma. Similarly, alternate nose breathing can be calming and make it easier to handle pain.

Void meditation is something you train to help you before it is truly necessary, not during the episode itself. That doesn't mean trying to void won't help, but you are less likely to want to do it. Usually, breath work is the best way to create calm without needing lots of mental effort.

Astarte's and Valefor's rituals would help your emotions as well, and meditation on the other male Gods, like drawing their energy into your heart, can help your soul release fears of men by giving you positive role models to base your perceptions on.

Going further with theory, the earth element can help defend the soul from damage, as well as ground it, through its strong connections with the material world. It won't necessarily heal trauma, but it helps one move forward in spite of it. It can give one the mentality that "what happened, happened" and other grounding feelings that give stability.

If you have a weak Saturn or low earth element in your soul, it could possibly make sure to explore a working here, which would be like a supporting tool to your other solutions.

------------------------------

Ultimately, during the episodes you were feeling, you have to remember that these are actually normal for what you have gone through. Despite that it might have felt out of control, it was in line with how humans deal with trauma. In that sense, please lay down and cope, but also try to stay detached and remember that things are not "truly" out of control, but rather your body and mind are processing the emotions.

In cases like that, one thing you can do is sit down and try to write or draw how you feel, and why you feel like that. By exploring your emotions, even if dark, you can start to learn the core elements of your behavior and how to repair them.

Feeling both shock and anger at your father, as well as feeling unsafe in your own home because of that, is a normal response, despite the intensity of it. The same goes for your brother and how he negatively impacted your view of men, siblings, family, and likely even sexuality.

It is dark, but your soul will rebuild. It is not really a matter of "how" as much as when, as our path heals all problems. Try to retain this optimism during your workings, as the cathartic release of and repair of emotions is actually healing, despite if you feel upset at the time.

Hello brothers and sisters in Father Satan,

It can be hard to break through loops, life is about them after all so I understand that you are worried you might face criticism when it can seem simple for some. Not for everyone though.

I do hope that one day the storm surrounding you clears and the blue sky seems more heavenly for trials you faced

We’re here for you, and we do care, in our own ways.

Best wishes.

Thank you, I'll read this post after replying to you.

But I was wondering, what about dealing with trauma itself? Like some sort of affirmation to deal with any and all types of trauma? Would it be too much and the energy would thin out instead of actually helping me?

I've noticed that during these episodes my heart chakra feels super vulnerable, yet like something is getting pulled out and the more that happens, the more intense and harder the episodes start to be. Is this karma too or just negative energy in itself?

Speaking of the Gods rituals, whenever I do Queen Astarte's ritual I feel quite creative afterwards and more feminine, during Lord Valefor's ritual I feel quite calmer. I have noticed that mostly during King Baalzebul's and Prince Apollo's rituals I seem to both feel more disciplined but also feel understood in a sense, if that makes sense. So would doing these mentioned rituals help or should I do others too?

Saturn isn't weak in my chart, cannot really tell you why, only through email, but I know I am more fire dominant and have a bit of earth. But would it be better to only invoke earth after I've properly worked on my chakras?

Thank you for your help, JG Blitzkreig.

I'll try writing down how it makes me feel as drawing is straining for my right hand at the moment.

I do feel that venting does help me process emotions, but I just don't know who I can do it to. Talking in my mind to the Gods doesn't really help as I can't hear them that very well yet, but maybe I will, I just don't want to be a nuisance for them is all.

I know you want more people to comment even though Blitzkreig has already gave an excellent reply, so here I go.

To be hones 90% of girls that I have known had similar past. I have no idea why there are so much females with such a past. Like if its a usual stuff to have such a childhood/past.

How I tried to help them is to make them know how advancing is important, and so, make them advancing. You are already doing this so..

Crying is not a bad thing as it is a kind of processing emotions, which you need to do. BUT only cry as much as you NEED, and not more.
I would probably do the blue light meditation after my mind calmed down a bit.

You should not let yourself fall into depression because of the past or anything else. I think people fall into depression because they think that they are out of control, and they really are, but only because they thought they are.

You should be able to tell yourself what to think and what not, what to do and what not, and essentially, solve the problem.

You might start having a complete mess in your mind when this happens. The best you can do is to snap back into reality and do anything else, that you would normally do. Like go walk your dog, read a chart, eat, or any process that you would do, instead of unnecessary fall into that depressive state where you have a mess in your mind, and such.

wrong timeline:

Getting angry -> start crying -> start feeling weird -> your emotions rules over you, misery -> Having a complete mess in your mind / hallucinating /depression.

right timeline:

Getting angry -> starts crying -> snap back into reality -> process what happened -> think about what to do next (like in the next minutes) -> continue your life.

If you are healing your emotions or obstacles with an affirmation that is conditioned to work in a very positive way, I believe it likely that it will first address the trauma itself, or alongside any other improvements to one's emotions.

When we use conditional statements like, "In a positive way for me", this helps the energy do what it needs to do for a good result, avoiding a situation where the energy is spread thin.

If you said, "All my trauma has been permanently healed in the most positive way for me", this doesn't necessarily mean it is all being healed simultaneously and in equal rates. To create the "most positive" result, the energy first needs to address the problems which are causing you the most stress and harm to your prosperity.

This is how you can keep your affirmation broad without actually thinning the energy, because you conditioned it the energy against a situation in which it would create poor results, if that makes sense.

I've noticed that during these episodes my heart chakra feels super vulnerable, yet like something is getting pulled out and the more that happens, the more intense and harder the episodes start to be. Is this karma too or just negative energy in itself?

I assume that is a reaction of the heart chakra during the episodes itself, as it "reflects" on the emotional implications involving your past relationships.

The negative karma are the patterns which cause us pain, whereas negative energy is perhaps like the result of the pain. I don't want to over-complicate this with excessive theory, though.

In my experience releasing emotional pain, I have felt like my heart chakra was extra sensitive and also dirty. Cleaning the heart chakra and directly focusing on my emotions is what helps to release that pain and relax.

I had mentioned Astarte due to her relationship with love and Valefor for his relationship with healing, however I don't want to push you necessarily one way or another here. Which one feels better to you? Maybe Baalzebul's discipline would help you get through the pain and the rest of your day, for example, if you are already starting Munka for the trauma itself.

Saturn isn't weak in my chart, cannot really tell you why, only through email, but I know I am more fire dominant and have a bit of earth. But would it be better to only invoke earth after I've properly worked on my chakras?

The main problem, in my opinion, with working directly with the elements is dealing with the backlash or other symptoms associated with them directly. For example, excess earth can make you feel tired and perhaps restricted.

If you program this earth (or Nauthiz rune), to simply help you regulate your emotions in a positive and balanced way, then I don't foresee any major problems from this. You could try this during an emotional episode.

I do feel that venting does help me process emotions, but I just don't know who I can do it to. Talking in my mind to the Gods doesn't really help as I can't hear them that very well yet, but maybe I will, I just don't want to be a nuisance for them is all.

It's not really a situation of you being a nuisance, because they can quickly sense you, understand the problem, and direct you to an answer or other assistance after. For example, maybe you are directed to a website with information on your type of trauma, which gives you a better understanding of it.

By sounds of it there is lot that contributes to the trauma's you have, while there are plenty of exercise, spiritual practices that can help in removing them, it is up to you to figure out what works for you and what doesn't. I can give you a couple of physical exercises that might be of help to reduce the stress and depression that you are facing right now.

To start you said that people will probably recommend the breath of fire, This i do NOT recommend in your state since this can induce hyperventilating. Instead focus on breathing in as deeply as possible, fill the lower section of you lungs first, then the middle and lastly the upper section. Make sure you breath through your belly, not your chest. This will help in calming yourself down, also it will help in the circulation of oxygen in your blood.

If you are unable to do yoga, try to do exercises that you can do, it is very important to keep your body moving, if you are able try doing some primal / animal movements. (Plenty of youtube vids around)

Sun light is another important factor, you will become depressed if you lack vitamin D, the best thing you can do is sit in the sun, even if this is inside behind glass. Other than that it can be helpful to eat foods that contain vitamin D.

Lastly i highly recommend earthing yourself (Skin to earth contact), This has many positive impacts on both the mind and the body.

You are right. Sometimes it just gets too much and you just can't help, but end up feeling like you're suffocating, you know?

That is very good way of putting it. Sometimes I feel horrible and after crying my mind becomes clear and less cluttered/cloudy, to where I can think straight again.

Thank you!

I wanted to tell you that I started doing your meditation on the 11th of November, from the post you last shared. It has been doing its job very well and many emotions have risen up. I'm keeping track of them to late reflect upon them if the need arises. So thank you so so so much!!!

Personally i am not much of a fan of artificial vitamin D, To clarify vitamin D is not a real vitamin, it is a hormone. Meaning vitamin D is made inside the body, the body converts something else that men has called vitamin D. The problem with artificial vitamin D is that the body can't really use it, most of it is not absorbed or used by the body.

If you want Vitamin D supplements you can still take it, just know that your body does not like it all that much. I would rather eat foods that contain vitamin D, foods like egg, mushroom and many vegetables, this vitamin D is absorbed by your body a whole lot better since it is natural.

Also even if it is cloudy outside, you will still receive sunlight on your skin.

--------

I live in the northern hemisphere as well, so its pretty cold over here. I find that it is alright to walk barefoot on sand / grass even if it freezes. If this is not something you want to try out, you can make your own ''earthing'' mat, all you need is a metal rod, wire and something conductive for your feet to rest on. Push the metal rod into the ground outside, connect it up to the wire, that wire will connect to the earthing mat, and tada that's it, no need to go outside to earth.

There are vitamin D products based on fish oils. I would recommend trying those over other options. Personally, I can't live without supplementing as little sunlight is not enough to fuel athletic needs when specific foods give us small amounts. Fortunately, it is only four months until we have a decent dose of sunlight again.

It's not that it's not alright to walk barefoot on frozen land, it's the fact that I cannot do it because of my health. I found that visualising myself encased in earth helped make me feel good.

Funny you should mention eggs. Past few days I've been craving them and eating them right up. But not craving them as much at the moment, maybe tomorrow, hehe.

I do not understand the earthing mat method. Is it some special mat or what? I've never heard of this before.

There are vitamin D products based on fish oils. I would recommend trying those over other options. Personally, I can't live without supplementing as little sunlight is not enough to fuel athletic needs when specific foods give us small amounts. Fortunately, it is only four months until we have a decent dose of sunlight again.

You're right! Not too long to wait now :)
