Hello! My cat has had this skin problem on her leg for many years now (both legs but one has more than the other) and also she has a little bit in her throat/top of her mouth and on her lips. I have given her different foods, healing medicines, anything you can think of and it hasn’t gone away. Does anyone have any suggestions of healing/cleanings I can do on her to get it to heal? I’m starting tomorrow night. Thank you!
HAIL SATAN.
Unfortunately many illnesses (in many cases in humans too) are because of leaky gut syndrome.
It's very important to try to leave any commercial pet food even the best ones.
And it is highly recommended to feed the cat with good quality, possibly organic, GMO-free chicken breast, liver, egg (weekly 1) etc.
There are some very good website about this topic where they share good homemade natural pet food recipes and other advices.
It is also recommended to feed the cat slightly cooked meat (raw only if the animal has healthy stomach and much acid and if the meat is very fresh and from a clean and trustable place!)
It is already scientifically proven that cats can't tolerate well for too long the processed foods and the overcooked meats too. It causes harm to kidneys, especially in older cats.
Of course most vets lie and/or are uneducated and they will not recommend at all to feed cats raw or half-raw, or slightly cooked natural meat.
Many of them are massively promoting and recommending commercial pet food brands, actually almost all of them are harmful in a way or other. Even those ones which are bio or natural and free from every bad things, they are better of course but these are also still processed and not fresh.
I don't know if you have ever heard or tried the natural products of Energy company but they are proven to be very good. A lot of pet owners here in Hungary, also in Czech and in UK, tried and had good results. My friend also tried them and his dog and also his cat healed too, by changing diet and by their products.

Healing by spiritual power can be recommended too. But I am sure others will post comments about it to you.
I truly hope your cat will heal soon!
