There is a criminal and i want to kill him spiritual (not normal death i want him to be not able to reincarnation)

This criminal ,tortured innocent teenager on a live Facebook stream, he also commit many crimes like killing raping Kidnapping and ransom demand Robbery by violence and many more.

He and his Organized gang are very very dangerous and the worst part is that they have Relations with authority and the state.

I want to do a death spell on his dirty soul, and i have 2 questions

1_ What runes to use i was thinking THURISAZ HAGL TIWAZ and NAUTHIZ is this good to go with

2_ i know his birth date , he was born in (3/October/1985 Damascus Syria) how can i have advantage of this.

I will start Saturday 11/11i was waiting this for months so please help me here.

I actually don't believe humans can cause spiritual death. This is something that the Gods, who have this sort of power (and the necessary wisdom), have control over.

But you can do a destruction ritual. Hold a ritual to your GD or a God you feel is the best to help with this, and ask them to guide the energy for the most just outcome.

Yes, those runes are good choices for this.

As for the birthdate, look to see where the malefic planets will be aspecting his natal planets/houses and tailor the curse towards this.

And make sure to thoroughly clean your aura and chakras after, and build up your AoP more.
