Life can be compared to a literal war.
We don't know what life has in store in our individual lives. We don't know who we're gonna meet, the situations we're gonna be in.
The majority of the population is totally vulnerable to the unexpected. But we SS have the gift of having been reminded of our consciousness.
We can prepare physically, mentally and spiritually.
You are all soldiers in your life that is a war, some more prepared for this war, some less.
But by raising your consciousness you're gonna be reminded to always be prepared.
Personally, I see fitness as a physical way to prepare for this war that is life.
I must be honest, fitness can be hard.
Running at 6 AM in the morning is not exactly everyone's cup of tea, but what does it teach you?
Discipline, perseverance, but the most undervalued and not discussed, pain tolerance.
Life is gonna be full of pain, if you learn to deal with that pain, you're gonna be ahead of everything and everyone.
And this is not just limited to running, but also calisthenics, weight training, and the like.
Being able to do 500 body weight squats in a row is not equal to lifting a lot of weight, it's much more painful as a process and requires much more discipline.
It conditions the body in a way that is hero like, You're never gonna have cardio problems at that point, but also your body will be much strong and athletic, ready to deal with all adversities of life.
I'm a big fan of endurance in sports, because it trains the mind like no other thing, it makes you hard to kill.
It embodies the warrior soul, which is what we SS strive to be.
Be prepared for this war, and don't fall victim to the adversities of it.
You can do it.
