Do you mean that we should try to become more aware of heredity or acquired tendencies, i.e. not to reinforce these patterns?Running at 6 am is useless for every reason unless you want to be a cyclist or some sort of professional athlete that requires other level of cardio. Weightlifting is fine for aesthetic reasons but notice how animals do not exercise and some sleep up to 16 hours a day.
True permanent transformation comes from changing your genetic imprint with the practices. But you can lift some weights for some temporary muscle mass to raise your happiness levels.
