Also switching to natural fruits is better . I am doing that too .
Moon was in pisces in 9th, so I begun ansuz working yesterday to get rid of my worst habit. I am switching to fruits too. Gonna be hard at first, but sugar has been fucking me up so I have to just stay strong. I can still allow an occasional piece of cake for myself, but that's about it.
