Issues with menstruation

For as long as I have been able to have my mensuration cycles, they have always been out of order, and there would be months where I would not have any signs of my cycle getting back on track. Due to my cycle being really irregular, when I would get my period, it would hurt so much I had once passed out and had to be put to the hospital. It is never a happy experience and I always dread yet await my menstruation to start. I have had the COVID-19 vaccine , so that could have affected me negatively, but I have always had this issue so I have a thought that it goes deeper than just a vaccine. If anyone has any knowledge of what could be causing this, or any recommendations on how to have a healthier cycle, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you all and HAIL SATYA AND THE GOD'S !!!!
 
Have you considered going to the doctors to determine if you have PCOS or endometriosis or something?

Many times, never did anything about it. Most times they don't even check or talk about it. We usually ask about it during daily yearly checkups and they don't even give me any advice ro explanation. I even have menstration cramps but no blood and they just say its "normal".

Hi, first of all I am sorry to hear that. Maybe I can be of any help or give you some hints.

First I have some further questions, to get an Overall view of your current condition.
If you are willing to answer them.
How old are you? And how long has this been the case?
How would you say your grade of fitness is? Are you normal? Fit?Or are you chubby and not fit?
Is this case for other women in your family?
Do you have any auto immune disease/ allergies?
Do you have any known issues with you gut?
Have you had many antibiotics when you were a child?
do you have any known issues with your bones, headaches etc?
Any issues with a hormone imbalance?
How is your blood? Do you have maybe too little iron in your blood and can’t control this?
Do you follow any specific life style? Like veganism etc?
How is your Psychological health?
How long do you sleep, and do you have a steady and healthy sleep schedule?
Do you have any gum disease? (Chronic bleeding in you mouth when cleaning your teeth for exsmple)

The female cycle is intimately connected to the Moon. Working with the ''delicate" and ethereal lunar energies will help regulate your cycle and reduce the pain caused by cramps. It maybe takes time, but it will help.

I would recommend reading the books The Period Repair Manual by Dr. Lara Briden, The Fifth Vital Sign by Lisa Hendrickson-Jack and Fix Your Period by Nicole Jardim. Period pain isn’t healthy or normal, it’s a sign that something is wrong.

What is your diet like, do you exercise and are you getting enough calories everyday? You should read the book Real Food For Fertility by Lily Nichols, this book is about how to eat for the healthiest menstrual cycle possible.

Also, most pads/tampons have toxic chemicals and they can worsen your symptoms. Menstrual cups, menstrual discs, period underwear and reusable organic pads are a better alternative.

If you’re an athlete, the books No Period: Now What? by Nicola Skyes, Finding Your Sweet Spot by Rebecca McConville and ROAR by Stacy Sims can help you. You could be experiencing irregular periods and amenorrhea due to overexercising and underrating but that doesn’t sound like your situation.
