Hello, I spend alot of my free time watching Skateboarding videos and see these insane people jumping off 10 ft. Staircases, going 20 mph down hills, etc.

I have been doing hatha yoga pretty consistently for about 5 years now, I have grown a strong foundation for my skateboarding skills and want to take it a step further. I have an aesthetic body and my Muscles are becoming like steel. The past two years I have had the intention of building stronger bones. I have a powerful Aura of Protection. But, I work full time and don't want to risk breaking any bones and definitely don't want to injure my brain.
What are your recommendations, physically and spiritually, to building a body that would be capable of these insane tricks?
