Unless they got extensive help from the Gods, the research and material cost of launching infrastructure into orbit, settling it on the Moon, and ensuring a self sustaining habitation would have been astronomical. Yeah but those same German scinetist couldn't put a man on the moon with all the funding in the world for another 25 years, let alone build structures there. And you can't blame them, even back then with the primitive computers and knowledge it's a miracle they pulled it off so many times.

Well, with Japan's "corpose hotels", in which we might call peacetime or near-peacetime, they are struggling. HP HoodedCobra when you say 150 IQ, are we referring all around intelligence or basic academic understanding, because most IQ test are biased towards academic/mathematical knowledge than overall.

All around intelligence, must have been higher than this too. IQ is not the final decision on the intelligence of a person, but it has been a stable test for a while.

It doesn't measure other gifts of the intellect, if not most of them.
