Any member can sign up and receive Tier 0. That is where the beginning is, and from there as one progresses tiers raise.

This is individual, and other than financial contributions, one can also contribute in other ways, such as translations and outreach efforts.

In a normal world, private and public donors would pay ToZ to make spiritual knowledge accessible for others, just like is done with other education programs, but because this does not occur, then the income has to come from somewhere. That 'somewhere' would be the people who most value it and are willing to work for it.

Also, these rituals come from the highest levels of knowledge by HP. You are paying for a product from an expert, not found elsewhere on earth. Thousands of dollars may even be considered too cheap in some cases. People get a repair on their house for a few thousand and this is seen as expected because of what is being paid for. We don't even have normal payment processors available to us. He could've taken his knowledge and just started a chain of Mcdonald's instead, where he could make more money and not get accused of being a bad person.

Everything you need is already FOR FREE. Those who want to take their life experience to the next level by elevating Temple of Zeus will have to chime in and contribute. Because nothing really is free. Everything here cost time and money to research, publish, upkeep and so forth.

You're right in that this "shouldn't cost thousands of dollars".

You're wrong in that it should be free. In a perfect world, these would not be available for payment at all. They would be available for those who receive them from the Gods or for exceptional situations.

These are superhuman levels of blessing.

The issue here, is that we do not live in a perfect world. The ToZ, ideally, would literally be showered with money by every country, with billionaires and Kings groveling at its feet and begging for even one conversation with our Clergy.
But we do not have that recognition yet and money is required for both running things, and for expansion.

We also require power. We have collectively spent a lot of time not advancing, and under abrahamic rule, under corruption, and large amounts of Karma exists both individually and collectively that is holding us back. To be frank, we need Risen Heroes if we want to win this conflict and bring about a Golden Age.

This is a method to empower individuals. Not everyone, but individuals who show off both their commitment to ToZ and their material advancement by having this money and giving it.
We are not christians, where the meek inherit the kingdom of God. We are here to create Supermen, to create true Humans, to create powerful individuals, to create Gods our of flesh and bone.
Power is for the powerful, and for those with the warrior mentality to claim it.

First of all, the info that the ToZ offers for free is already good enough for power to happen, and for one to advance massively. Cleaning and Protection, trance, reprogramming the mind, workings, Planetary Squares, raising energy, balancing the system, Chakra work, all can be done for free, and all will lead to massive power. In less than a year, with strictly free materials, with strictly free practices, and with being blessed for working for the ToZ and for connecting to the Gods, and for doing Blessing Rituals, I completely do not recognize myself as a person. I have fixed many issues, understand energy decently well, feel a lot healthier, and have achieved many life goals.
In less than a year.
And I am not some grand Pharaoh reincarnated, I would actually go as far as to say I started out as less clean and less empowered than even the average Zevist, with no psychic powers to speak of. The only real advantage I may have had is knowledge and study, which paled in comparison to the knowledge I gained studying the ToZ anyway.

At the very least, one can advance to a point where their life is in check, their money is good, and they can do workings to be able to donate more, and to climb the ladder in the Hall of Osiris.

I have absolutely zero idea how one would not want to donate to sustain and grow this FAMILY, THAT THEY ARE A PART OF, UNDER THE GODS. How one could refuse to do this, or have any sense of entitlement and feeling sorry for oneself, when it is the time to TAKE ACTION, is beyond me, and I would personally not tolerate these complaints. Anyone who truly understands what the ToZ is would not tolerate these complaints.

Upon creation of the Tier System (maybe people forgot), one of the rules was that people would have to continue to support the Temple of Zeus to get access to their Donation Perks. There is no set date here, and it's not all about money, but other forms of contribution count too, however if you haven't done anything in a long time to help build and maintain the ToZ do not expect to get anything in return.

Even though every form of contribution counts, you couldn't possibly expect to have the same treatment as someone who had donated, for example, 10.000$.

Not everyone who has the money will be able to purchase them, that's why you have to submit an inquiry first.

About your last question, only High Priest Hooded Cobra can evaluate your efforts and assign you a Tier, but I can tell you that these are assigned to people who are BUILDERS, people who continuously make an effort to build and maintain this Temple. The higher your contributions are (realistically), the higher your Tier gets. Soon, there will be a way for people to request a Tier elevation, where you can show your efforts to the High Priest personally. As we grow, it is harder to keep up with what everyone is doing here, but no one is left behind. So if you think you deserve more, he'll hear you.

To people who complain about the prices of the Sacred Rituals or other things on the platform, and complain that everything has to be free, this is not realistic. Taking TG Blitz's analogy, for example, you couldn't possibly expect someone to rebuild your house for free. These people had to invest their time, money, and sacrificed in other ways to learn how to rebuild your house, so it's only fair you pay them. You couldn't possibly expect to go to a doctor who is a specialist in a given field, and ask for a surgery that would save your life, for free. It's not how things work in the real world.

Money is needed to maintain and make this Temple grow. Nothing is free in life. We do not have any fundings whatsoever, so we have to rely on donations, because none of us are rich yet.

So with the above analogy in consideration, how could you possibly expect High Priest Hooded Cobra to rebuild your soul with rare techniques, for free? When he has worked in ways you can't even fathom to acquire these materials, where he had to go to unimaginable lengths to get these, such as, for example, pay for rare sacred books from his own pocket, travel to places, learn new languages, work with the Gods to perfect these, and all for what? For people who never contributed anything to get it all for free? So they can then never lift a finger to help this place? It doesn't work like that.

The ToZ website by itself can get your existence to great heights. It should NOT be underestimated. And no one has ever charged a cent for what is available there. Most people will benefit from this website and never feel like they should help it to at the very least be maintained, or to help it grow. People who want more of it for free, it is because of their own greed, and most of these people have not even mastered the advanced meditations and techniques. Otherwise, their own mindset would inherently change with these, as well as their level of understanding, and they wouldn't be making such unrealistic demands.

Hi everyone, I'm over things now - water under the bridge.
I appreciate @Valkyrie supporting me. I think she had a few glasses of wine - watch out Henu, she's got her eye on you!
I'm a solitary guy, and not into the group scene. I see some of you have been here for a while, and have each other's backs. Which is good, and is as it should be.
I'll continue along my spiritual path, donate, observe in the background, and only ask when something is wrong with meditation etc.
