You can do kundalini yoga. This is something that usually works for everyone who tries it. Some other meditations may be great for some people but not be felt right away by new people. But the yoga works just as well and it always works.EyyBRO said:

I was intrerrupted by my mother and he asked me what I'm doing and I said her that I'm doing some exercise to improve my voice ,I sang something to her and she told me that my voice got improved and she told me to give her those exercise to start improving her voice too, lol .
