Does the kundalini raise with void meditation?

I haven’t done any void meditation yet, but all that I know it is is you meditate and empty your mind of all things, thoughts, music, etc. Can the kundalini serpent be raised to the pineal gland through void meditation? Also, I have another question. Is it the goal of spiritual satanism to move the serpent upward from the base of the spine to the pineal, or from the pineal to the root chakra? I’m confused. I have yet to start a meditation practice other than the past couple days I been lying in my bed and relaxing head to toe for about 15 minutes each time and emptying my mind.

The Kundalini resides in the root chakra, therfore it is to be rised from there to upwards.
But rising the serpent is not like spinning a chakra or something, it cannot be just done, it will rise itself when it can, it should not be "triggered" before time. You cannot. There are some things you can do to force it to rise but these will not end well, practice things according to your level of development, do a lot of cleaning and your serpent will rise when it's time for it.

Void meditation is not particularity for this, It's for training your ability to control your mind which if very good for magic and all that, it's a basic skill.

Void meditation is practiced to increase awareness. Awareness is important because with it one is able to be present in the moment, aware of their thoughts, emotions, physical sensations (and so on), and everything that happens outside of them. Awareness along with power and wisdom make up what personal development is about in regards to this spiritual Path.

There is information on the JoS website about what void meditation is for and also about other similar meditation techniques. All of them are very important, and very basic in the hierarchy of spiritual practices.
Raising your Serpent requires much more and many years. Opening all the chakras, ida & pingala, sushumna and more then empowering them daily for years, cleaning and purifying the entire soul, removing all blockages and hangups of every kind (spiritual, emotional, psychological), Hatha yoga, breathing exercises, growth and evolution of the self, lots of self study... Raising the Kundalini is no small endeavour and you don't want to try rush it or force it.

This is not just a goal but the result of going far enough in your spiritual journey, and is very much about the journey itself.

Focus on the basics, study, establish and build a build a relationship with your Guardian, and enjoy and make the most of your development and your life. You'll find your way.

Void meditation is only for raising awareness.

Chakra improvement and other chakra-related meditations will improve the raise of the kundalini. The ultimate stage, for the advanced of course, is to do the Double Serpent meditation, though, like many others here said, it won't end well as one HP who did it stated that the energy was so much that it burned his metal amulet, leaving a temporary scar.

So, stick to the normal practices and remember that the snake will eventually raise upon its own will and act, you don't have to do anything
