It's obnoxious because I don't like compromising on anything like that. However, what I am going to do is just do the deep cleaning every 2 days, rather than daily. If I have trouble with this, then I will lower the reps. Basically, I just want to find the most efficient way possible.
I would love to rush my cleaning, but I was falling asleep while meditating, and otherwise feeling exhausted. On the bright side, I know that I don't feel the influence as badly as a result of Sun/vitality workings, but I have to improve this further to keep up the same rate of cleaning which I originally intended.
For other people in this situation, definitely do your yoga to help your soul recover. If you are especially tired, the breath of fire is great here. You could even direct the energy to help rebuild your energy.
Meditating for more than 15 minutes in deep trance to 25 minutes when the wave of exhaustion hits you will solve this.
I had periods when only a few vibrations would turn me into a narcoleptic. Very important, after cleaning or after very large energies or works, meditate for 20 minutes.
Without meditation your body will become very sensitized by this and it will take a hold. You won't be able to practice meditation even.
This isn't about volume of energy but a process of which you need to enter to truly clean and heal. Meditation is a necessity for this, that's why you are sleepy, exhausted. The body has endorphins and needs meditation to restart the system. Just like Windows needs a restart during updates (for a sloppy example) etc.
