Controversial social media influencer and alleged sex trafficker Andrew Tate was released from a Romanian jail Friday and placed under house arrest.
After losing his first three appeals, Tate was released from a Bucharest lockup after winning his fourth one that challenged a judge’s decision last week to extend his arrest a fourth time for 30 days, said Ramona Bolla, a spokesperson for DIICOT, Romania’s anti-organized crime agency.
Tate had been jailed since late December on suspicion of organized crime and human trafficking.
The 36-year-old influence — who boasts 5.5 million followers — tweeted a simple “” in celebration.
Tate and his three alleged accomplices — including brother Tristan — have not been formally charged.
Under Romanian law, they could have been held for 180 days without charge.
The foursome was each granted immediate release in favor of house arrest until April 29, a final ruling prosecutors cannot challenge, Bolla said.
As the brothers left the detention facility Friday, Tristian told reporters, “the judges today made the right decision.”
“I respect what they’ve done for me and they will be vindicated in their decision because I’m an innocent man and I can’t wait to prove it,” he said.
The brothers were greeted by supporters chanting “Top-G,” a famous moniker meaning “top gangster” that many of Andrew’s fans refer to him as.
Tate, who has lived in Romania since 2017, and Tristian are accused of running an organized crime gang that seduced and tricked women into sex trafficking, with some victims accusing the duo of rape.
At least six victims have come forward alleging “acts of physical violence and mental coercion” and sexual exploitation.
Two Romanian women, Naghel Georgiana Manuela and Radu Alexandra Luana, have also been arrested in connection with the prevented crimes.

The brothers have repeatedly proclaimed their innocence, and Tate has even blamed their arrests on a political conspiracy designed to silence him that he dubbed “the Matrix.”
Tate has tried to recruit lawmakers to help him and attempted to intimidate some of his accusers, according to wiretaps of his phone calls submitted to the court by prosecutors.

Well, the Tate brothers are released, Unfortunately Andrew seems to have gone full Islam and one of his first tweets after coming out was about "Destroying Shaytan"
I think it would be a fair bet to say that he is beyond turning into an Ally at this point. Considering that his Idol is Steven Seagal, a russian-american jew, with whom he has close ties with, to the fact his "War Room" is lead by a "magician" called Iggy Semmelweis who is clearly jewish, now to the fact that the first things Andrew is posting upon release I mentioned earlier.
I believe that things are about to take a sharp turn for the worst regarding him, considering that he calls himself Cobra, has a "War Room" which is lead by a Jew, and has the proclivity of being against Satan and following the Jewish programs.
I think Andrew Tates "War Room" is going to start working against us in the near future. Not through spiritual means but by financial means. The entire purpose of Andrew Tates war room is to bring about people who have financial capabilities who agree with Andrew to work together as a team in order to "free the modern man from socially induced incarceration."
Considering that Andrew believe the standard Jewish ideological bullshit about Satan, whom, do you suppose, he places all burden and blame for the problems we face today? Certianly not the jews, if you look at him, his idol is a jew, and a jew leads his "War Room".
For those of you who may hate Andrew, he wasn't always this way, he used to be quite the man, in fact, you can see that a lot of his previous self carries through. He used to be an atheist when he was first becoming a world kickboxing champion, through self discipline and hard work he became the best, but along that journey he was deceived and started believing in the enemy programs.
I think he may be too far gone now, worshiping Islam and speaking out against Satan and all this other Garbage. This is the way the enemy works however, they hide behind the scenes and prop up a puppet to do their bidding.
Don't let your hatred cloud your thoughts, recognize that this is the reality, utilize this hatred for productive purposes, I personally have no hatred for Andrew, despite the disgusting things he says, I know that he's just a victim being used by the enemy. Someone with no spiritual awareness is easily manipulated by those with spiritual awareness.
It's important to direct your hatred at the real enemy. Despite how disgusting an individuals actions are, hating an individual and working towards their distruction does far less good than hating the enemy and working for their distruction. Remember who the real enemy is, work for their distruction and all their plans will fall. Andrew is just one plan, they have many more, don't lose sight of your goals my brothers and sisters.
