Communication with Gods (need help)

Hello everyone!!! I am writing to ask for some advice. I normally communicate with pur Gods, especially my guardians, in an advanced trance state. I just go into trance and call them by their name by visualizing their sigil. I can normally stabilize a connection, and have a conversation, the problem is that it lasts very few minutes because I automatically "wake up" and can never finish a speech, always leaving something unfinished. Do you think it's just a matter of practice? In what ways can I prolong the trance state by avoiding, if possible, this automatic awakening? And another question I ask, because it happens that sometimes I don't understand what is being said to me, almost as if there is a disturbed signal or I hear the Gods speaking in whispers. 1. Do your Dedication if you haven't already.
2. Doing a God Ritual before attempting communication will help you a lot. Just in general, do the God Rituals. They are there for this exact reason.
3. Void meditation will improve your ability to maintain a trance state for longer. However, you don't necessarily need a trance state to communicate to the Gods.
4. Additionally, you need energy. Just like with the God Rituals, energy raising before doing this is advised. Info on how to do this is also in the Rituals page.

Your way of communication could be simply your ego and your understanding of the Gods "visualized" as a conversation. It could also be a lower level of communication.
It can also just be you using your psychic abilities from past lives. But despite you having this ability, you don't understand it yet in your current life.

Try doing some method of empowering yourself before this trance and see how it affects your ability to have a connection. The empowering can be a ritual, meditation of some sort, or yoga, for example.

Practicing trance more will help stay in the trance for longer.

Breathe in indigo or blue energy before trance, and affirm that you are successfully trancing and communicating with your Guardian.
