i'm not sure if i stated this before but how many ways can you raise energy is it just vibrating Mantras like AUM and VAUM, Runes(also vibrating), Yoga(Hatha Kundalini other forms?), Foundation Meditation, Breathing exercises, Mudras?, exercise(i'm assuming) is there other forms i'm not aware of?

Due to covid 19, I had to take a smaller but still sufficiently paying job but, I have been feeling desperate because of rumors implying that new management (at my current job) is considering mandating vaccines to all employees and due to the weaponized science that went into the vaxx, I wish to become a hacker to gain agility and not to mention the profit from doing rather questionable things but I have literally zero skill at it so if anyone can give me link/s to hacking classes I will be more than happy to look at them. It's not a limit. It's about being realistic about what a person can and can not achieve. You are right that some take less time than others, but it's not a conscious choice. It depends on persons genes and soul as these tie in together. At any given time one can go 100%, but if this is exceeded then one burns out and loses progress. It's also possible to progress less than 100% speed. Look at yourself for example. Zero advancement in a few years. And you wish to have superpowers?

Let's be completely honest and real here. You will not reach the skies in the literal sense during this lifetime. You can however achieve lot of other things. In order to get started in the process, one has to master the basics first.

Don't discourage yourself over your own expectations. When I first started doing opening the soul meditation a couple years ago I felt nothing, and I saw nothing because my visualization was so poor. However, with consistency I now can blow myself away when working on the higher chakras and I can see all my chakras with the proper colour.

To help you out, begin HoodedCobra's 40 day meditation program. It's in Satan's Library. Also, really focus on Hatha yoga and breathing exercises. Do Hatha twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. You need a foundation and Yoga really helps with that.

Hi! Quick question about mirrors. I like to practice visualization with my eyes open looking into the mirror like aura and chakra cleaning. I look at my reflection and visualize the light or whatever else on different chakras as if I’m looking at myself from an outside perspective. I find using the mirror as a prop to be somthing that helps me. I was just going to ask if anybody else does somthing similar or if this is okay .
I was worried maybe because the mirror gives more of a third person perspective instead of a first person perspective it wouldn’t be preferred.
