As someone who has previously used Marijuana, I believe that it is important to do more than simply say "weed=bad". Marijuana does cover up a real problem, and if we do not provide a real solution, then it does not matter how often we say how bad marijuana is. I will take this task on myself. Let's start by breaking down how Marijuana works:
Marijuana stimulates the Endocannabinoid System by mimicking the fatty acid neurotransmitter Anandamide, which binds to the CB1 and CB2 receptors, Anandamide is considered the bliss molecule, which is the chemical responsible for regulating pain, anxiety, hunger, and vomiting. It is also responsible for memory consolidation.
Marijuana simultaneously has detrimental effects on your lungs, can lead to possible addiction and dependence, and negatively impact your mental health and personal development. Marijuana can also leave holes in your aura, and leave you open for psychic attack
Marijuana acts as a temporary solution to an underlying issue prevalent in contemporary living, namely, an under-stimulated endocannabinoid system, which can be a result of sedentary habits and high-stress environments. While the immediate effects of marijuana might seem beneficial, they do not address the root cause of the endocannabinoid system's lack of stimulation.
To address this, I propose alternative solutions centered around lifestyle changes that can enhance the functioning of the endocannabinoid system without the adverse effects of marijuana:
1. Diet:
Enhancing Foods:
Omega-3 fatty acids found in fatty fish, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and walnuts are crucial as they are precursors to endocannabinoids and aid in the enhancement of the ECS.
Chocolate, especially dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa, contains compounds that inhibit the breakdown of anandamide, thus increasing its availability.
Herbs like echinacea have compounds that bind to cannabinoid receptors, supporting anandamide levels.
Green tea offers catechins, which are thought to modulate cannabinoid receptors.
Turmeric, containing curcumin, can enhance anandamide levels by reducing its breakdown.
Magnesium-rich foods such as spinach, almonds, and bananas help support the ECS by relaxing the body and reducing stress.
Probiotics in fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut influence the gut microbiota, which interacts with the ECS.
Foods to Avoid:
Alcohol consumption can disrupt the ECS and lower anandamide levels in the brain.
High amounts of refined carbohydrates and trans fats induce inflammation and negatively impact the ECS.
Excessive caffeine can overstimulate the nervous system and disrupt the ECS balance.
2. Exercise:
Regular high-intensity exercise not only increases anandamide levels in the brain but also enhances the responsiveness and sensitivity of the CB1 and CB2 receptors, reduces stress, and helps regulate hormones and maintain homeostasis.
3. Meditation:
Techniques like void meditation significantly reduce stress, which is vital as cortisol can accelerate the breakdown of anandamide by activating fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH). Meditation also helps in hormonal regulation and maintaining homeostasis, similar to the benefits provided by exercise.
4: Spiritual Advancement:
This, does not directly effect the ECS, but we can't overlook that one of the greatest appeals to Marijuana is simply getting high. As you advance in Satanism, you will experience a high. This high is far superior to any high any drug can give you.
With this, the problem which marijuana covers up, is solved at the root.
