I really want to love and be loved so I started a love work. And these days I'm feeling like I'm close to meeting this person, but I don't know if I'm delusional.

The main rule in any working, is to be confident in it actually working. You feeling that your getting close that is a good sign that what you are doing is working, keep going!

There may be some obstacles, preventing that to manifest, maybe this is why you feel it close, but you are also afraid it is not happening.
Putting things in motion, plus the planets transiting in the sky, may really manifest this - as soon as the preventing obstacles will crumble, most likely love will come in your life.
One of the most hard obstacles to overcome is "self love", you just state you also want to be loved.
Loving yourself, will open the doors to be loved by someone else, as there are so many people who do not love, or even blame, unappreciate and hate themselves.
This is due to mind programming, childhood education or traumas, past lives issues, and the such.
If you feel you have some internal issues about how you love yourself, I'd consider working on that, so that it will not create further issues as soon as love will come to you.
Like paying much attention to your hearth chakra, possible blockages, and using Munka meditations or "emotional boby healing" meditation by HPs Lydia.
Sort of cleaning the landing area before the plane with your true love is touching ground. That is well worth (just in case needed!)
