Women will do anything to avoid hurting the men they love. But can men do anything to avoid hurting women? Is this common or rare for men?

I don't know what it is, but I feel like the men I love are always going to hurt me. I feel like I'm never going to be loved really gently.

This is false. Women can hurt lovers and men can do so as well. Homosexual situations included.
