I am about to go crazy these days. I am constantly feeling tight and constricted. When I go into a trance my body shows very sudden movements. I used to do things like this for a long time, but these days my chest goes up as if a being has come out of me or my head constantly turns right and left suddenly as if it were tic, my body first bends forward and then backwards and I do all of these hysterically. I constantly felt like I wanted to move my spine in a spiral. It decreased when I worked on my root chakra but my body still moves suddenly. Today I went into a trance and asked the gods for help. Except for some issues that they knowingly did not help with, I felt like I was in the process of an exam. I was either talking to someone or I don't know about my higher self but I am really about to go crazy. While I was in this trance state I felt a light wind blowing to the front of my body but the room was both hot and the windows were closed. Since I was not ready for this right now and was preparing for the exam, I asked a question like "Can't I go through this transformation later?" I heard something like "Is it possible for someone who has knitted their cocoon to leave it unfinished or come out?" and it said that I should cut my ties with the material world and be alone. I asked what the exam would be and got the answer "I have already drawn your path for you" when I asked what path I couldn't get an answer. The soles of my feet had also become cold as if they were frozen. I shivered a lot during these times and I saw myself in an empty space. Gray was very prominent. There was a cliff in front of me. When I looked down from the cliff I saw water but it wasn't clean blue water. It was transparent. I turned around and continued walking. My consciousness was half-awake. I thought if I had to jump off the cliff and I turned around. At that moment my head suddenly went left and right as if to say no. I turned around again and continued walking and I saw a snake that was probably brown. At that moment I felt an energy compression where my sacral and solar chakras were and my stomach ached. After a while I felt that energy in my spine. I opened my eyes and wanted to wake up but I couldn't move. I heard something like "not yet" and I reviewed all of them and tried to wake up slowly and woke up. After this experience I had abdominal pain and especially numbness in my left knee and a sudden pain and compression in my right ribcage. What am I experiencing, what is happening? Sometimes I feel so bad, I have attacks, it's like I can't even fit into my soul, I feel so cramped that sometimes k*lling myself seems like the only way out.
