Hello
What about cervical osteochondrosis and vertebral artery syndrome? I constantly live with dizziness, pain and heaviness in my head, in such conditions it is difficult for me to start meditating, it is difficult for me to concentrate. Medicine claims that this disease is incurable and the symptoms can only be relieved and slow down their development. Is this the end of normal life? Maybe yoga can help in some way?
